To be honest, after reading this, it looks like you all just don't really like Pokemon, to put it simply. Qeight might be right to assume that this post is indeed ragebait. RNG is basically in the game's DNA. If you can't stand that part, then why are you even playing this game? Even in the handheld versions, this is basically the main idea of the game overall. About spawns, if you have any ideas, you can just send them through the Spawn Board. There are staff members who want to listen to our valid feedback, but if you don't take the time to share, how will they know what needs to be improved? Your opinions on pay-walled content also is pretty naive. You can get everything in the game using in-game currency, even Membership. I would've understand your perspective if this content was only available by spending real money, but if you can earn everything just by putting in the time in the community to earn in-game currency to get what you want, in which then that isn't really a paywall.

Hello Tgbnamish! I'm sorry to hear you are unable to locate your Altaria. I do see you traded an Altaria to Saran555 on July 11th. This Altaria was Level 100, Jolly, Natural Cure, 31/12/26/23/26/21. Perhaps this was the Pokemon you were looking for?
