I don't if it's a bug or I am missing something but I am not able to progress further in the quest as I need to find the 3 crystals. when I go to the lake to get the crystals, it does nothing. If I talk again to Jerome or Jester, they keep repeating their part of the quest. I didn't log out in between and I can't progress further even though I talked to both jerome and jester still can't get the crystals. Note- I am sorry if I posted this in the wrong forum as I am new to posting here.

Currently, when we use a Synchronize Pokémon to hunt for specific natures, we have to catch each wild Pokémon to check whether the Synchronize effect worked or not. There is no way to know during the battle if the wild Pokémon has been synchronized. It would be very helpful if there were a small notification or indicator on the battle screen during wild encounters showing whether the Synchronize ability has successfully applied. This would save time, reduce unnecessary catches, and improve the overall hunting experience.
