- Be sure to be Hoenn Champion before starting this quest. - Go Route 114 in Hoenn, find Fossil Maniac Charles in his house and talk to him about the permit. - Now you will have to collect six different fragments spread around all Excavation Sites (excluding Wondrous Site, Briny Site and Draconic Site). - You do not have to enter the sites. Use a Pokemon with Rock Smash and destroy all breakable rocks around the Excavation Sites. Please note that this step is not needed for every player. - Once you have all six fragments collected, come back to Route 114 and talk with Fossil Maniac Charles. He will ask you to pay 100.000 Pokedollar in order to buy the permit. - You are now owner of the Archaeologist Permit and can start visiting the different sites. Feral Site - Fiery Path - East of Lavaridge Town Historical Site - Northern Route 111 Desert - East of Lavaridge Town Haunted Site - Rusturf Tunnel - Near Verdanturf Town Mineral Site - Route 115 - North of Rustboro City Glacial Site - Route 103 - North of Oldale Town Natural Site - Route 119A - South of Fortree City Wondrous Site - Route 114 - West of Fallarbor Town - 3000+ discoveries as requirement Briny Site - Route 124 - West of Mossdeep Town - 6000+ discoveries as requirement Draconic Site - Route 113 - East of Fallabor - 10000+ discoveries as requirement There are different tiers of expertise in archaeology. The tier depends on the discoveries you have made. You get one "Discovery Point" by smashing the rocks inside each site. With every tier you get access to more Pokemon and items. You can check your tier on your Trainer Card. The rocks inside of every Excavation Site respawn every 20h after being broken. You have also a low chance of getting nothing when breaking a rock. - Excavation Ranks: Explorer (1-500 discoveries) Scrounger (501-999 discoveries) Plunderer (1000-1999 discoveries) Relic Hunter (2000-3999 discoveries) Archaeologist (4000-5900 discoveries) Paleontologist (6000-7999 discoveries) Tomb Raider (8000+ discoveries) If you encounter a spawn you're not experienced enough to get, the Pokemon will flee or the item gets destroyed. How many Discoveries you need for each Pokémon rarity is mentioned below. You will however gain one or more "Bonus Discovery Point" each time you'll encounter a Pokemon who fled or if the item gets destroyed. The rock will tell you how many extra points you gained. - Used Rarity Tiers in the guide: Common 0+ Discoveries Uncommon 1000+ Discoveries Rare 2000+ Discoveries Super Rare 4000+ Discoveries Excavation Sites are shiny locked, which means that you are not able to encounter Shiny or Themed Pokemon in the sites. With the exception of Shiny Rocks, which may contain shiny Pokémon. As for all scripted spawns for wild Pokemon, an active BMS won't influence the chance of a hidden ability in the excavation sites. In every site you are able to find "Artifact Pieces", which can be traded in the Historical Site for items and fossils by talking to Artifact Maniac Hastor. Fossils: Vitamins (10 per 70 Artifact Pieces): Consumables: Battle Items: TM Moves: Gems: Evolution Items: Damage-reducing Berries: Mega Stones: All Sites Feral Site Historical Site Haunted Site Mineral Site Glacial Site Natural Site Wondrous Site Briny Site Draconic Site Contribution SyaoranLi, thank you for giving me a lot of useful information to complete this guide. I think it would be pretty cool if we could have a cloak that has your guild logo on the back of it so that way you can see your own guild logo since we aren't able to see it above our own heads.2 points

⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯ Welcome to the updated Legendary Event Moves Tutor Quest Guide! This quick walkthrough will cover everything you need to be able to teach the following legendaries certain moves, at the cost at $20,000 Pokedollars each move. Celebi: Nasty Plot Entei: Flare Blitz, Howl, Extreme Speed Raikou: Aura Sphere, Weather Ball, Extreme Speed Suicune: Air Slash, Extreme Speed Phione: Tail Glow REQUIREMENT: You’ll need to have caught one of the three legendary dogs in order to invoke this quest and have at least 200 Hours of playtime to finish it. If you haven't caught a legendary dog already, look at the Legendary Megathread for more information. Note: Scientist Rey, which was previously located at the Bell Tower Rooftop, has been moved to Bell Tower Floor 10 due to the addition of the Ho-Oh miniboss. Therefore, the images including Scientist Rey may slightly differ due to the location difference, but the dialogue and quest is the same regardless. ⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯ To start the quest, you will need to visit the Guardian's area where you caught your respective dog at. If, upon entry of the cave, you do not receive the dialogue to start the quest, try again with your legendary dog in the first slot of your party. Afterward, head to Bell Tower Floor 10 and talk to Scientist Rey. He claims that thieves have stolen the bell pieces and asks that you retrieve them. The only hint he gives you is to ask around in Ecruteak City for more information on where the thieves have gone. With that information, go to Ecruteak City and talk to an Old Man, who directs you to the Miltank Farm. At the Miltank Farm, you'll need to battle Thief Dorge. He has a Granbull at Level 120. Upon defeating him, he tells you to go after his brother Jorge, who went towards Route 29. Then, go to Cherrygrove City and head to the small island on the left to battle Thief Jorge. He has a Furfrou at Level 100. Upon defeating him, he tells you to go after his brother Gorje, who went towards Route 46. Afterward, go to Route 45 and battle Swimmer Thief Gorje. He has a Stoutland at Level 100. Upon defeating him, he tells you to go after his brother Gregorius, who went towards Violet City. Then, head to Violet City and battle Thief Gregorius. He has a Arcanine at Level 100. Upon defeating him, he tells you to go after Georgina, who was caught by the Goldenrod Police. Head to the Goldenrod Jail. Now, you'll need to fight Thief Georgiana at the Goldenrod Police Station. She has a Mightyena at Level 100. Upon defeating her, she tells you that George has been transported to the Kanto Jail. Then, go to Pewter City Jail and speak with Warden Noisia. Noisia will give you special permission to challenge George. Make sure you're ready to defeat George! If you get defeated, George has a 1-day cooldown, and if you defeat him, he'll have a normal 12-day boss cooldown. Remember, you need to have at least 200 hours of playtime in order to challenge George. You can find all Infos about George including his Line up and Moveset here. To get to George after you've been given permission, click on the gate highlighted below, and the game should push you inside his cell. Once you've defeated all the thieves successfully, go back to Scientist Rey on the Bell Tower Floor 10. As he doesn't know how to properly repay you, he refers you to Researcher Alan, who may have something 'useful' for us; for us, that means that we can learn event moves for our legendaries now! After finishing the quest steps above, head to Ruins Research Center and talk to Researcher Alan. He now will teach any legendary their event gained techniques! Good luck!1 point

Please, do note that while our Developers are actively working on PvP updates and fixes, you may still encounter some bugs during battles. Keep an eye on our PRO Official Discord and our Update Logs to stay updated about any rule change and in general any game announcement/update. As a reminder, PvP reports should be filed in our Report Center. Please make sure to provide enough evidence to support your claim. Failure in doing so will result in the dismissal of your report. PVP Rules Every match should be played out in a timely manner. Time-, PP-, Switch- or any type of stalling beyond reasonable usage is not allowed. Video evidence is required and without it we will not take actions. Video evidence may be deemed insufficient at Moderators discretion. PP-stalling: Using moves to unnecessarily extend a match's duration with no proper reasoning such as using healing moves instead of attacking Switch-stalling: Switching your Pokemon around with no proper reasoning instead of attacking. Time-stalling: Waiting until the last few seconds to make your move on every single turn, prolonging the match more necessary. Boosting in any form in Ranked PvP, random ranked included, is forbidden. Action will be taken if caught or attempted. | Rule explanation Playing against someone under the same network connection is considered boosting as staff is unable to verify if it's actually two different people playing. Intentionally queuing against a user to aid yourself or another user in the form of Rating, PvP Coins, etc will be considered as Ranked Boosting and will be punished accordingly. You can use only 2 of your own accounts to PvP within each season. Using any account you do not independently own, or using more than 2 accounts, will result in severe punishment. Each account may only PvP on one server. You may only have one account in the Top 25 at any point in the season. This means one account across both servers – you cannot have one account in the Top 25 on Silver and another in the Top 25 on Gold. Using false information or offering compensation to incite players to disconnect or draw in a Ranked Battle is prohibited and considered Illegitimate Rank Boosting. Please refer to Rule Explanation for more information. Violating any of our specific PvP Clauses will result in sanctions. PVP Clauses Species Clause: The same two Pokemon should not be on the same team. This includes the use of more than one Rotom form or a Pokemon together with its Alolan counterpart. Sleep Clause: If you have already put a Pokemon on your opponent's side to sleep, and it is still sleeping, you cannot put another one to sleep. This rules is not induced by self-sleep inducing moves, such as Rest. Video evidence is required. Natural Cure - Two Pokemon can be put to sleep if, and only if, the first Pokemon has Natural Cure (The reverse order would violate the clause as the Natural Cure Pokemon would be on the field asleep with an additional Pokemon being asleep in the party). Pokemon that use U-turn/Volt Switch on the turn that they wake up will show as asleep until they are back on the field Endless Battle Clause: Any moveset that is capable of intentionally cause an endless battle is banned. More specifically: Recycle + Leppa Berry. Harvest + Leppa Berry. Trace + Leppa Berry. Role Play + Leppa Berry. Banned Moves / Abilities / Pokemon / Items / Combination The following moves are banned from the Ranked PVP Battles. The system is developed in a way where you cannot queue with them. You loose 1 spd level (-33%) not 2 speed level (-50%). So your gengar will have 233 -234 spd and will be faster than your metagross. Seems normal to me You are just confused with the fact +1 = +50% and -1 = -33% basically ;)1 point

Hello there! If you are still getting an "Invalid Password" error, please be sure to change your password here. Don't forget it has to be Alphanumerical as well. It is important to change your password on the Dashboard rather than the forums since they differ. If you encounter more issues whilst trying to merge, you may have a look at the Common Merge Errors: FAQ. You may also visit the Server Merge FAQ for some questions you may have. Hope this helps and have a nice day!1 point

Glad to hear that your issue has been resolved. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to ask. With that said, will now be locking this thread. Good luck and have a great day!1 point

Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. It seems as if you have not gotten the Fog Badge yet. You'll need this to be able to Surf in Johto. Be sure to teach Surf to your pokemon first if you do not have a mount. If you need further help completing the Johto Story, please check out our Johto Walkthrough. Let me know if you need anything else.1 point

Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. I've gone over your data and it seems as if you've merged your account correctly. You really only had a few minutes on Red. Perhaps you are talking about another account you had. Can you tell me if you remember having any alternate accounts and I can look into it for you? Looking forward to your response.1 point

Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. The system was recently changed so that you may only have one account per email. In the past, it was possible, but right now it is no longer possible. Do note that you may only have a maximum of 4 accounts. We have our own methods on how to detect Mass Accounts and I can assure you as long as you do not go over the limit, you will not be banned. To create another account, you'll now need to use a different email. Please be sure to check out our Punishment Policy to avoid making infractions. Hope this clarifies things for you. Let me know if you need anything else.1 point

There are many legendaries, which are worse/less viable in PvP than a lot of normal Pokémon. All the broken ones (over 601 base) are banned in PvP and the viable ones don't let you autowin games on their own at all.1 point

Gonna keep this somewhat short (or at least i hope) as I'm not overly fond of long drawn out goodbyes but like, here we are I guess. When I first started PRO i had no idea of the journey I'd set off on, the people I'd meet, the friends that I would make. For a little over two years I've played PRO, and I never once thought I'd be around this long in all honesty, but I'm so glad I did because I enjoyed (nearly) every moment of it Anyways, pretty sure this is the part where people are like "hey shout out to these guys" and like, i could be here all day shouting out people who have made my time here worthwhile there is so many, so let's just start naming people yolo @Zekray @Dakivid @Judgement @CrosbieL @Burdy @Scorpia @PurpleMauth @Yogic @TerraXyZ @Leonidas92 @Saxslayer To all the Staff, for their dedication and work they've put into the game, to everyone from the discord i might have forgotten, to the community as a whole, thank you for putting up with me. Will I be back in the future? who knows, only time will tell Keep on keeping on Gongon1 point
