We have this NPC that can function properly, but still...how can we tell whether it was actually rolled? The stored data might still indicate it was caught, even if it actually came from Bill. The solution seems to be updating this NPC. Adding a script similar to the one shown in the screenshot could be a good long term approach. This was only brought to my attention earlier. Just find the latios there are some locations of it these location : Petalburg Maze in the northeast corner. HM01 Cut is required in order to access the maze and HM05 Flash is recommended as it is dark in there. Devon Corporation 3rd floor. Granite Cave. Route 124 Underwater. Route 123 at the lake.
