Last I played this game was during the Christmas event

Hi, I am playing this after a long time so I tried logging into gold server with my username and password, it worked but all my process was not there and I had to make new character so I thought maybe all my process was moved to silver server so I tried logging in there with same username and same password but it says that either my username or password is invalid, can anyone explain me why can't i join the silver server or where all my process has gone?
