I Spent only one ultraball on it with false swipe and paralize.So it aint that hard to catch I suggest just take 10+ ultra balls with swiper+status poke..sync of course.

You don need catch em by your own. you can get them from your friends or buy them from dex service sellers You just need 120 caught data out of first 150 pokes( exception with legends)

Its very much unnecessary To implement in the game as you can easily trade with a person if you/or him willing to borrow pokes.And for the fear of getting scam part Just take a screen shot of your trade if you don fully trust the guy while borrowing pokes.In this way if the guy scams then yoi can report in forum and you will get your poke back and the scammer will get banned(most probably) ^^

If your problem is with ev train and I assume you can pay for that(as you mentioned 200kk for daycare). so I suggest buy vitamins(zinc,iron etc etc) they will give your poke 10 evs per vitamins.So its easy way for you and also expensive.it will cost around 130k to 150k(not sure) to do a full ev train with vitamins which takes 2 minutes. Go to pastoria city there is sinnoh safari in the safari zone 4 you will find HM waterfall in top left corner(you need surf to go there)

So it means I need 120 hours playtime after unlocking hoenn rather then palying 120 hours in hoenn to unlock jirachi quest?

You were lucky as he asked same poke twice and yes the timer dosent restes even if you dont go there after exact 24 hours...I think it will reset if you skip 1 day
