In-game name: Sirfred Server: Silver Pokemon ID and/or screenshot: 25312318 I Leveled up my larvitar to lvl.99 and i missed the first evoluiton, and now i cant get him to Tyranitar. Can you please help me put him again on lvl 98?

Is there anyway to regress a pokemons level? I level up my larvitar to lvl 99 and i meant to evolve him but i didnt!
