+1, I don't see much value in spending three times the cost of a regular reroll just to obtain a specific Hidden Power type. Most legendaries that rely on certain Hidden Power combinations are already constrained by minimum Speed IV requirements. In such cases, I prefer using standard rerolls to reach an acceptable IV baseline first, and then utilizing an IV reduction ticket to achieve the desired Hidden Power, rather than relying on costly premium rerolls.
