A new server has been added one week ago, afk time is just enough so players can't abuse it so slots in game can rotate for new players. If you lsoe internet server takes it as a logout so your slot is given to an other player, we cannot save slots since we can't know if it's a meant logout or an internet loose

NPC trainers got a 7 day reset cooldown, after this period they will be up for an other battle like all other trainers so no, there is no way to avoid them
