  8. Check if your firewall isn't blocking the game. Also a lot of players are trying to connect at this time this is why it's hard, keep on trying until you get in the queue

  10. What's exatcly the problem ? Your download never start ? The extraction fail ? You can't launch the game ?

  12. Alt + tab or /ref if you can't move. If this doesn't work you got to restart your client (not only reloging, close it and re open it)
  13. Check your spams and deleted messages (in case of a misslick). Also wait 24h at least. If after that you still don't have your mail you have to create an other account using Gmail since it's the best provider so far

  24. Like BlueTaco said, trainers NPC got a 7 days cooldown in order to rematch them but not this rocket member, you can't rematch him so he will not give an other nugget
  25. We can't reset your account, you'll have to create an other one if you want to do the story all over again
