I can see the reasoning behind your frustration. However, just because you have paid to have early access to some pokemon, doesn't mean that they will appear on a very common level. Granted, they are hard to find. The basic reason for that is that we compiled around 400 into 2 main regions and a few custom island & areas. Hence where the rarity is formed. Spawn rates are still incomplete, imbalanced even in some areas. This is why there is a "everything about spawns" sub-forum in the bug resolution center. 1- No, they will be locked within your PC and unable to be obtained untill you defeat the 8th GYM. 2- Yes but they will be locked (read 1) 3- Your pokemons will be automatically transfered to your PC and you will start with 0 pokemons. Only to obtain your starter. 4- Train station is available and working. (no fly)

Our current server has a limited capacity to hold atleast 850 people, which you can already tell causes a huge lag. However, Shane has announced that that capacity will increase and an additional server will be added to balance the lag. Id normally like to accept that answer except, When Ive created maps I was always scolded on layering that couldn't even be reached as the fine example above shows. Its not really that important if you accept my answer or not. Mistakes will be made and they will be fixed as soon as being pointed out. This is the bug section and bug was found. It will be fixed as soon as possible. Thank you for the report.

Its an issue with the server not being strong enough to have a stable ping, this causes a lag spike or continues lag upon being overcapped. You wont be having this issue once we move to a better server.

The place you ventured on isn't a place you should be able to travel. However, the issue is a small layering problem that allows you to surf pass the bridge.
