Most of the time our servers are at full capacity, when more players try to log in and continuesly spamming the log in button, causes a bandwith issue, where the client will freeze a for a couple of seconds and will either say "Cannot connect to the server " or "Logging in" There is nothing much can be done about it untill our server capacity is increased, sorry for the inconvenience.

  4. As others have said, increasing our server capacity is within our plans. Due to our current capacity being 850 max users, which even causes lag at the moment will be reduced greatly. Our playerbase is constantly expanding and our current server cannot support such great numbers. But these issues will be fixed. Your patience is highly appreciated. Thank you for playing PRO.

As others have already mentioned, main reason is why switch-between-battle option is disabled is to make your game experience more challenging, given the fact that you can scout out NPC's teams easily and can rotate your team accordingly, it will be too easy in an MMO game. Thank you for your suggestion but this will not be implemented.
  9. Our server capacity will be increased soon, this will provide less lag and more smooth gameplay. The estimated online user limitation is 1400. If you are unable to connect to the server, its most likely because its full and has exceeded the stability quota. Plus the other players that are constantly trying to login.   13. Regional transition will start from Kanto and go from there Kanto > Johto > Hoenn > Sinnoh > Unova > Kalos Meaning that players will start from kanto by default and continue from that point onwards.

    Most likely the server was lagging at the time, even us staff members need to try a few times to get on. Keep trying :)

  21. Android maps are now up to date, reloading your clients should fix your issue. If the problem is still ongoing, contact a staff member ingame.
  22. New maps are now available for downloading, close off your client completely and reopen so that the client can download the new maps, contact a staff ingame if the issue is still ongoing.
