I'm affraid your account cannot be deleted/resetted for that reason. The game has various customization options via appearance items (altho they do not effect your player base customization) As @Enki has mentioned, your only option is to create a new account. As a future referance, character customization bug is known and being looked into, if you encounter this bug you get to re-chose your appearance by relogging while still in your customization page.

We have already increased the server cap to 1100 through improvements on our current server. We have already announced that we will increase the capacity more over the time. Additionally, regardless the fact that we went live beta a month ago, our playbase is increasing rapidy. Renting, contracting and coding those servers do not happen overnight. As a clarification ; There is no item that increases encounter rates, shiny rates included. Shinies have a stable rate of 1/8192, they will not be increased or decreased by any method or feature.

It takes time, be patient.

Mostly likely the server was full at the time, or possibly crashed. Staff and Test server, as the name suggests are for staff only, meaning that you will only have access to PRO Staff, keep trying, you'll eventually get in.

Every pokemon has a chance of having either 0 or 31 of Total IV's from the moment they're caught. IV (Individual values) are the potential of the stat, EV (Effort Values) are used to boost a said IV to its maximum potential. Every pokemon needs a certain set of IV and EV to fit in their Competitive tier. Every pokemon in existance holds a certain EV point. Googling them is your best option. Narrowing down the list on where you can train them, we have also introduced a Safari EV Wald map to make EV training easier.
