The Johto Bike Voucher Guy Intro: [spoil]So there's the guy in Johto, who will supposedly give you a bike voucher after having done him a financial favor. While some, if not most, of us may already have performed a similar quest for this guy's distant relative, in Kanto, where we started the game. This NPC however still has the exact same dialog, making it seem like the player has completed his quest, while actually never having seen him before in their life.[/spoil] I think Little Jimmy should get some sort of little script that checks if the player interacting with him has a bike (or a voucher), and in these cases then, instead of acting like they've completed HIS quest, say something else entirely.
