Hey, didn't recieve my items after the heatran quest. I took a break between quests and participated in a couple events, got some rare candies so not sure if going to the quest again after getting more rare candies deleted my old items that buck held. but buck didn't spawn back in either, or spawn in heatrans room. if someone could help I'd appreciate it. I think I lost at least 1-2 master ball, and a bunch of rare candies.

Well, I don't have screenshots but staff can check if someone traded them away or hacked me, all I can say is I've been trying to sell that snom hat for weeks, and I bought the masterballs when they where 40k so... yeah

Hi yes it was like 27 rare candies, like 15 energy roots like 15 revival herbs and today I noticed 200 of my lum berries missing I don't know what else they took and thank you for the reply, I was definitely hacked and they took a bunch

Hi changed my password on two of my personal accounts and I cannot log in on both of them. I changed my passwords because a couple days ago on the "Encladius" account I lost a bunch of rare candies, pp ups, revival herbs, and some metal coats. I didn't lose any shinies or epics so I think it may have been a glitch when I was transferring all my items from my other account "macncheesy1221". I've changed the password a bunch of times, today I did it again because the game logged me out randomly and I think someone accessed it, so i changed it again today, now I can't log in on both accounts and I'm worried that I won't be able to access it again. Please help, and thank you!
