No, this is due to the newest Ho-oh miniboss. The reward for defeating it is it's caught data. I believe you had the requirements to battle the mini-boss and so you got the correct reward. You shouldn't experience any issues. ~DP~

Hello! So it seems your variables are set such that you have already battled suicune. Perhaps you disconnected and something went awry. Anyway, youre now in a position where you need to battle and defeat Nikola so that you have another chance to catch suicune. ~DP~
