  2. Good morning I wanted to inform you that this morning I was leveling up my chansey and by accident I pressed to evolve I wanted to know if there is any way to reverse the evolution in chansey since it took me a long time to train it.

  3. I was in Mt. Mortar in Johto, I found npc Admiral Squidbar in B1F. He gave options to go to Iron Island in Sinnoh. At Iron Island I wanted to go back to Johto, but the only option the npc gave me was to go to Canalave City in Sinnoh. When I got to Canalave City, the npc there only gave me an option to go back to Iron Island. My question is, how to get back to Mt Mortar or Johto? I was only able to return with an escape rope. I was wondering if there is another way incase I go back or if this is some bug.

  4. I took a boat from johtos Mt Morta, and ended up at Iron Island but now I can't get back to johto. I'm stuck between sinnohs canalave city and iron island. Trying to take the boat from canalave tells me I need to be the sinnoh champion.

    I asksed to change my 2nd account username : Blackpower (it seems to be an unwanted organisation) to carniivor.

    I payed 500 coins for this.

    A mod asked me to relog but now I cant login using first or second username.

    I was the one who changed your name. I would like to clarify that you requested for your name to be changed to carniivore, not carniivor. And thus, when the request was approved, your name was changed as such. You should be able to login with the username "carniivore". Is there an issue with this?

    Hi there. You don't seem to be banned. Could you please try to restart your internet connection or router and try reconnecting? If it doesn't work, please check with the following questions.

    ▪︎ Are you using Proxy?

    Try not using it, and then test again

     

    ▪︎ Are you trying to play at home/work/school?

    Your school/work or any public connection, they could have had their IP blocked already or be blocking the game on their network, you would need to ask them to find if that's the case

     

    It could also be your provider blocking the game, which case you could try contacting your internet provider to try and get it unblocked as seen in this post

    You could also use a VPN although you should check you're allowed first.

  11. I have fought the easter event Boss (David-LC) twice now. The bosses says i have zero consecutive wins when i have won on both encounters. Upon asking help chat i found out that the boss is supposed to ask for a difficulty settings which i was never asked. I never had an option to select difficulty.

    Please help.

    I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I've spoken to the Developers regarding your account. It is possible that you might've declined the offer to keep the IVs and thus, your Pokemon was reverted to its original state. If you decline the offer, your reroll ticket would also be consumed. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about it in this case, as this is most likely an error in your part.

    I want to rush the 4 maps story skipping battles as much as i can, etc, but i don't want to leave anything behind without know about it. So my question is: is there any part of the story that is one-chance clear? Like a rocket hideout or something like that, where i need to pay attention to get a specific item that i only can pick while clearing it first time?

  15. How much should I offer a player to evolve my Graveller and Haunter as they evolve by trade? Currently they're Lv 90+

    Normally for trade evolves, you don't necessarily need to pay (At least that's what I recommend). It's best to do trade evolves with a trusted player thought.     I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I've checked the account "Francy02" and you are currently online in the Gold server. Are you still having this issue? Furthermore, could you please clarify if Francy02is the account you are having these issues for? This does not seem the case, based on your screenshot. Nonetheless, if you are still getting an "Invalid Password" error, please be sure to change your password here. Don't forget it has to be Alphanumerical as well.

  17. Actually whenever I enter any cave or enter boss battle game stopps nothing moves in game and I have to quit the game and start again which results in a defeat of boss battle and I am unable to pass any cave or dig in cave due to this bug please fix it ease as soon as it's possible.

    I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Is it possible that you are having internet connection issues? If so, please try to opt for a wired connection and avoid using public internet connections as they may affect your gameplay. If this is not the issue, please do try to delete all your PRO files and reinstall your game.

     

    Sometimes, we also have some scheduled maintenances that causes your game to crash. For scheduled maintainance, you may check the Official PRO Discord for updates when the server will be going down. Announcements are usually released there, saying that the server will be going down in x amount of time, to minimize your losses. As for unannounced server crashes on our end, unfortunately, they can be unpredictable at times therefore we're always trying to improve our server stability, but it isn't perfect and can sometimes still result to a crash. Nevertheless, in cases of long downtimes and numerous crashes due from our end, we may sometimes issue compensation to our players.
