Hello I have a problem with my progress in my account I have neither medals nor the skills, apparently I am mistaken for main server as I can fix it plis help.

Would this mean that you are basically just transferring all the pokemon accross to the other account or permanently deleting the pokes on either or account?
"This will transfer your Gold account to Silver or vice versa.
Your old Silver account will be on Gold and your old Gold account will be on Silver."
Transferring will put your Gold Account on the Silver Server while your Silver Account will be put on the Gold server. Nothing will be permanently deleted. The pokemon will not be transferred from one account to the other. This will simply swap your progress on each server.

Hello everyone! For a limited time, we will be offering some services relating to your account.
This includes offering a Name Change, Account Reset, or Server Transfer.
Below, I'll be explaining each service and the requirements you'll need to meet to apply for such.
We are only offering these services only until May 27, 2019 00:00 GMT.
- Your username will be changed to your chosen username.
- All Login details will remain the same apart from your username.
- This Name Change will affect: Pokemon OT, Friendslists, Guild Memberlist (After next server crash/restart)
- This will allow you to start from scratch and you will restart your journey at the Start Map once again.
- Resetting your account will delete all pokemon, items, variables.
- Friends list will remain untouched.
- This will transfer your Gold account to Silver or vice versa.
- Your old Silver account will be on Gold and your old Gold account will be on Silver.
- Minimum 50h of in-game playtime
- 100k Pokedollars as payment
- Registered more than 3 months ago
- Clean Infraction History - Since May 1st, 2018
- Warnings do not count; Quiet, Trade, Temporary, and Permanent bans do

With my id DARK2KNIGHT2002 i can't sign in to silver server it Say's " Invalid Username or Password " but gold server works fine , Please Help
Hi there. It seems as if you have recently merged your account. If you are still getting an "Invalid Password" error, please be sure to change your password here. Don't forget it has to be Alphanumerical as well. It is important to change your password on the Dashboard rather than the forums since they differ. If you encounter more issues whilst trying to merge, please have a look at the Common Merge Errors: FAQ. You may also visit the Server Merge FAQ for some questions you may have.

Hi,at the moment i'm the guild leader of my guild because the ex guild leader promoted me from member to guild leader.
When i got promoted the ex guild leader was member and i tried to promote someone at least to officer but it says that i can't promote this user any higher.
I need an help because i need to promote someone to officer and also i need to re promote that guy guild leader.
Hi there. Could you please try the following?
1. Be removed from the guild as leader
2. Have a trustworthy member, as well as the agreement logged, promoted to guild leader.
3. Have them kick you then reinvite you.
4. They then will need to promote you from initiate to leader.

Hey there. Sorry for the inconvenience. This seems to be a common issue with TMs and Tutors. We're aware of this issue and are still working on a fix for it. Nevertheless, if you haven't resolved your issue yet, please try to delete all your PRO Files and reinstall the new client found here.

Hi everyone, i've already read about this bug but it seems like i'm not going to be able to solve this on my own actually.
The last time i played was on 2017 and yesterday i wanted to try the game again but i am not allowed to switch my pokèmons with the ones i've captured and are now in my Pc for some weird reason. The weird thing is that actually i can swap the first 2 pokèmons of my team but not the rest. I am now sitting in Hoenn and my team is: Marshtomp, Makuhita (which i can swap because they are now in the first two slots of my team) and Pidgey, Kakuna, Weedle, Hoothoot.
It should be something about Region-lock or whatsoever but i don't know how to fix it, can anyone give me any help?
Edit: Nevermind, since they were lv.3 Pokèmon and i guess they were locked due to the pre-merge; i just released 'em, now it's all fine; you can close the Thread ^^
Hi there. These pokemon were stuck in your party due to the merge randomly rearranging your pokemon. I could have moved your pokemon to your PC, but it seems as if you simply deleted the pokemon instead. I'm glad to hear that it is now out of your party. However, would you still like me to recover the pokemon for you? Also in the future, please be sure to use the Pokemon Stuck in Party thread found here.
