  1. I thought maybe the new update would fix this issue but it hasn't. I have had this bug with invisible characters and NPCs and am not sure how to resolve it. Its been like this for me for a long time, the game used to work perfectly fine for me. I am playing on somewhat new Macbook Pro so I feel like I meet the system requirements. I attached a screenshot showing what I mean. Any help is appreciated i've tried deleting and reinstalling the client, restarting computer, creating a new account. Nothing seems to work.

    I'm sorry for the inconvenience. This is a rather strange bug and I'm not entirely familiar in how to fix it exactly, but I can suggest a few things that may help.

    • Try moving into another map
    • Download the new client from another mirror, for example, LetsUpload
    • Try turning off your firewall while you download the new client, as this ensures no files may be automatically deleted by the software.
    • Restarting your computer and opening the client as an Administrator
    • Press F2 and make sure /foreveralone is turned off

    May I remind you that this seems to be a developer-related issue, and there is very limited support we can provide. However, I can tell you that I have recently downloaded the game on my new MacBook Pro through MEGA and it seemed to work fine for me. Please let me know if you need any further help.

  4. Hello every one. I need some help with logging in. Can a moderator or someone of higher authority check to see if my account got banned? I'm not quite sure what happened. I was playing on silver server fine just a few hours ago and now I can't log in. All it says is "cant connect to server" but the funny thing is. I can connect to gold server just fine. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game multiple times and checked my internet connection various amounts of times but to it still shows the same thing for silver server. If someone can help me with this, I'll be forever grateful. Thank you

    Sorry for the inconvenience. You simply received a warning from a Trade Moderator. He basically states that if you have made a confirmed deal with someone, to please make sure you continue the deal, even if you disconnect. Please be aware of our Trade Rules in the future before trading.

  6. Hi guys! Firstly thank you for sparing time to read my post.

    As the title, I have some issues with server transferring. The dashboard said that I can't transfer since I still have open lending trades, but I re-checked my boxes and there is no pokemon that I'm lending from other ppl, as well as I rmb recently I don't lend any pokemon for other ppl.

    I hope guys can take a look at this and help me out. Looking forward to hear from you guys asap

    Sorry for the inconvenience. I've gone over and checked your Silver Trades and it seems as if you do not have any active lending trades. Could you please send a screenshot of the error message sent to you? This is to help our Developers look into it, if it's a potential issue. Please make sure you are on your @THNammm account on the Dashboard as well. If you still have this error in your next response, I'll see if I can have the transfer manually done for you! Please note you can only transfer once every 30 days for free and it'll require 100 coins every additional transfer.

I don't know if i have to post this here or somewhere else,but i have a problen,i just downloaded and installed the apk of PRO in my tablet,but when i open the apk it just stay in black,just a black screen and nothing more,no matter how much i wait,normally i'd think that my device is not compatible with the game,but i downloaded and played the game before in this same device,so i don't know what to do,i already uninstalled the game and even downloaded again from the site but i get the same result,i don't know whay to do,sorry if i have any grammar error,english is not my first lenguage

    Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. Could you please delete all your PRO Files (Unisntall the game), clear your app history and trash bin, restart your phone, then reinstall the new client found here? If this doesn't work, please try the following:

    • Reset App Permissions
    • Clear Cache and Cookies and reinstall the game from another browser.

    I came back to the game after 2 years without playing, I transferred my account from the old blue server to the silver server and changed my password because I couldn't remember it. In spite of all this, after downloading the game, I can't log in because apparently my login or password is invalid while on the site I have no problem...

If you are still getting an "Invalid Password" error, please try to change your password here once again. Don't forget it has to be Alphanumerical as well.

  11. Hello Pokemon Revolution staff team, the Pokemon Revolution dashboards shows the Gold Server and not the Silver Server.

    Just wanted to know whether you could set it to Silver Server.

    Sorry for the inconvenience. I've gone over the dashboard and it seems it doesn't particularly have a server to show you. It simply contains information about your account that is shared across both accounts, such as the email you've used to register, your username, and so on. Coins are universal to both servers and therefore donations aren't tracked per server, but rather have their specific transaction IDs instead. Your infraction history also contains the server you have obtained the infraction on. If you are talking about the short tab you can click on the Homepage to seem some limited stats, it usually prioritises the server you have the higher playtime on. I hope this has clarified your concerns, if not, further descriptions and screenshots would be useful.

  12. Is there a way to reset my gold account and be able to keep my mounts and everything else i bought with coins?

    Unfortunately, there isn't a way to keep your items and reset your account at the same time. Usually, an account reset will remove all pokemon, items, and variables. However, if you haven't reached the 4 account limit and would really like to start over, I can suggest that you can create a new account and trade over your coin items. Furthermore, account resets are usually only offered for a limited time in posts such as the Name Change, Account Reset, and Server Transfer thread we've had in the past.

    I accidentally released my Haxorus Rivalry ability pokemon at approx 16:17 GMT. It was not my OT but the moves were False Swipe, Dragon Claw, Earthquake and Dragon Dance.

     

    I was not able to get a screenshot of the ID as I relogged to save one of the pokemon I had caught. Is it still possible to get this pokemon back?
