hi i am using pc every time i click on window key on keyboard to take print screen for something or open discord i get crashes like seeing page not responding and that happen onley after last staffview fix never happened before , thanks a lot regards

I'm sorry for the delayed response and the inconvenience. I'm glad some issues regarding crashes were resolved. Regarding your screen, it is possible to resize the window by dragging the corner of the application. After doing so, you can simply move the window up so that you can see the chat. There is a detailed video on how to resize your window

I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I've fully understood what occurred now and have updated our Developers accordingly. You claim to have used your reroll ticket, it gave you good IVs, but it got reverted back somehow and still took your reroll ticket. I'll let you know when the Developers have provided me with the information I need.

As I mentioned previously, the good IV screenshot you sent was most likely not your Celebi. It is possible you viewed someone else's preview. If it is confirmed you used the Reroll Ticket and it didn't reroll your IVs, you would simply be given a new Reroll Ticket. We wouldn't change your Celebi's IVs to ones that you would simply like.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience. When you give 250k, you are paying for Casino Coins, not points. You'll have to use the coins to play Quack Jack (Black Jack) and earn points that way. Those points can then be traded to the Points Exchanger for items.

I'm really upset about it, if bad ivs came I wouldn't care, I would go after another iv rerol, but that's not what happened, I'm being 100% honest

I'm sorry for the inconvenience. It is possible you may have misclicked in the chat and opened someone else's Celebi preview and this may have confused you. I've checked your inventory and you indeed do not have a Reroll Ticket. Nonetheless, I am having a Developer look into your issue. If it is confirmed that your reroll ticket was used without changing the IVs, we will compensate it accordingly.
Please be patient in the mean time.

friend, the question was that the ivs did not change, the same old ivs continued, and were not exchanged, I do not want a new iv rerol, I want the ivs that were changed and not the same as they were before

I traded a Graveller and a Haunter to evolve to a player but he says he was unable to access them in his PC so it looks like that I won't be able to get the Gengar and Golem back.
I don't know if anyone can help me here that can get them back or if there is anyone from game support that could do anything.
I'm just hoping that it was genuine that he couldn't access them and that I wasn't scammed.

Yes you are right , the account is twim which i was(and am) playing , the tradae happened around 2-3 hours earlier at snow(something) city , which i took a 97 level pokemon from the guy and wasnt be able to reach him since then .

I'm sorry for the inconvenience. First of all, I would like to make it clear that it is essential that you are always honest with us when asking for support. First of all, you can see that in your "Good IV" screenshot, the region of the Celebi says Kanto. While in the "Bad IV" screenshot, you can see that the region of your Celebi says Johto. Yes, there is a bug that when you reroll your Pokemon, their region will be changed to Kanto. However, even with this bug, it doesn't make sense in your screenshots, because the "Bad IV" screenshot would've had the Kanto Region, and not the "Good IV". It is clear that in the "Good IV" screenshot, that it has already been rerolled. In addition to this, even if you did have good IVs and they were rerolled to bad IVs through a reroll ticket, we unfortunately wouldn't be able to return the reroll ticket anyway. This is because the reroll ticket provides a fair IV roll for everyone and it is your fault for taking that chance knowing you could end up with worse IVs than you originally had. Providing you with a new reroll ticket or reverting the IVs would simply be unfair for those who have used Reroll tickets in the past.

Hello.
1) So , i was trying to pass the 7th gym at sinnoh, couldnt pass it with my pokemons so i asked from a very kind guy one pokemon to pass it .
1) He gave that pokemon to me and passed the gym with his help .
2) The problem is that i closed the chat we had by mistake, and lost his name . He must also got dc or reloged and he lost mine probably, because he never pm me.
2) Now my problem is that i have his pokemon and cant give it back , because i lost his informations.
2) I thought it maybe was his pokemon so i tried to whisp him based on the information the pokemon had ( like ot trainer ) ,couldnt find him , (he was not online base on the message ), but he may brought it aswell.
3) Could you maybe help me give it back ?

I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Please do note that challenging a Legendary Guardian and winning only provides a 16.67% chance of spawning the Legendary Dog. However, after your third consecutive win, you can choose to spawn the dog with a 100% chance instead of another win streak reward. It seems that you only have 1 consecutive win for the Suicune Guardian, which you have obtained on 2020-04-18 21:54:40. For further information, please check out the Legendary Megathread.

I just got the thunder badge. I went to the diglett cave and there is a diglett in front of the entrance that does not allow me to pass, is this normal? did I miss something? or I had bad luck. I hope I have explained myself better. thanks

I play on Silver server and try to login as usual but when I logged in in today it was showing selecting best proxy as usual and then saying logging in and the game freezes I play on Android and I have try to re install the game many times and also restart my phone I've also check my internet connection please help

Hi everyone, i'm relatively new to the game and and starting some shiny hunting. I was wondering if like in other pokemon games, the shiny drop rate increases the more you've encountered the same poke in one location, or if its always 1/8000-ish.

I just developed my chansey into blissey. Th discord dex said, chansey need to hold an oval stone and have 220 happiness during the day to develop. But my chansey developed in the morning without leveling up, when hitting 255 happiness and holding an oval stone.

Sorry for the inconvenience and the confusion. I would like to help make this clear for you.
Happiny → Chansey (Oval-Stone, Day) → Blissey (Happiness 220)This basically states that Happiny to Chansey requires you to level up Happiny while holding Oval Stone in the Day. Now, Chansey to Blissey requires you to get 255 (max) Happiness (Unlike the stated 220) to evolve it. Usually, a level up is required in PRO, but in the original games, this wasn't required when friendship was high enough. Therefore, this is what's likely what caused your Chansey to evolved Blissey.
