Hello there! If you are still getting an "Invalid Password" error, please be sure to change your password here. Don't forget it has to be Alphanumerical as well. It is important to change your password on the Dashboard rather than the forums since they differ. If you encounter more issues whilst trying to merge, you may have a look at the Common Merge Errors: FAQ. You may also visit the Server Merge FAQ for some questions you may have.

Hello there! Upon checking, I see that your progress on the Blue Server. It is correct that you have to merge, but it seems as if you have picked the Red server as your main server instead. Nevertheless, I can request to have your account unmerged, but please be sure to choose the correct server as your main server because we will not be unmerging your account for you again if you fail to do so. Please be patient as you wait to be unmerged. I recommend that you don't make any trades on your Silver account as well as that would make it so we cannot carry on with the unmerge. Also, there is no ETA as to when your account will be unmerged as our Developers may be busy.

I've moved 5 of your pokemon into your PC. I've left the Typhlosion so you have at least one pokemon in your party. Can you move it around? If not, please place a pokemon from the region you're in in your party so I can move the Typhlosion to your PC.

Hi there. Unfortunately, you may have been apart of a wipe that happened in the past. Your account would’ve been wiped if it was inactive for a year and had less than 10 hours on it. This was done to stabilize the server due to numerous crashes. Since account was wiped, then we wouldn’t be able to retrieve your data. In this case, we may be able to offer you an account reset. Are you interested in taking this offer? Your Silver account will have 80 coins on it.

Hi there. Looking into your inventory, you don't seem to have Rattata hair nor the Nocturnal Feather. Please take note you have to take the item from the pokemon and put it in your inventory. You can do so by clicking on the item in your pokemon's information card while they're in your party. Let me know if you need any further help.

Hi there. Unfortunately, our game itself does not loan money to players. However, you can always ask in the in-game Trade chat or your friends if you can borrow money. Please be sure to screenshot any deals and report players in the Report Center if you were wronged so they may be dealt with accordingly. Nevertheless, you can always do dig spots (3 day cooldown), bosses (12 day cooldown) and hunt for pokemon others may want. Let me know if you need further help. -
Hi there. You can actually change your Date of Birth yourself. You can do so by clicking on your profile picture on the upper side of the screen and clicking on account details afterwards. You should be able to battle the Guardian again for a chance for it to spawn again. Please take note he has a 12 day cooldown, which means you can only rebattle him again then. If Raikou doesn't spawn on your next battle, you can spawn him in on your 4th consecutive win. -
