Hi there. As stated, I suggest you use a normal device when trying to play PRO as not doing so may cause different issues with the client. However, you can always attempt to log on once you've downloaded the game on your device. Just let me know if you encounter any issues.

Hi there. Could you please try to uninstall and delete all your PRO files on your phone? Afterwards, please install the new download found here. Let me know if this works for you.

Hello there! Please do note that the Red server has now merged with the Blue server to form the Silver server and the Yellow server has now been renamed as the Gold server. If you haven't updated your client you'll have to download the latest update here! Your main server is the Blue Server. Because of this, you will also have to log onto the Dashboard and merge your accounts. Also, don't forget to select the correct server as your main server. Furthermore, please be sure to read the Merge FAQ for questions you may have as well as the Common Merge Errors:FAQ if you encounter issues whilst merging. Hope this helps and have a great day! -

Can you please try ALL of the following? • Run the game in compatability mode • Update your Display/Graphical Drivers • Update your Windows Version • Add an exception for the client in your Firewall and Antivirus • Clear out your Physical Memory or Ram to free up space • Terminate processes you don't need in the Task Manager

80 coins have been added to your Silver account and your account should now be reset. Can you check that for me?

Hi there. Unfortunately, you may have been apart of a wipe that happened in the past. Your account would’ve been wiped if it was inactive for a year and had less than 10 hours on it. This was done to stabilize the server due to numerous crashes. Since account was wiped, then we wouldn’t be able to retrieve your data. In this case, we may be able to offer you an account reset. Are you interested in taking this offer? Your Silver account will have 80 coins on it.

Hi there. Upon looking into your variables, you haven't started the Celebi Quest yet, so you'll have to do that before you can catch Celebi there. Please follow the steps in the Legendary Megathread for further information. If after doing the quest you still cannot access Celebi, please let me know.

Hello there! Upon checking, I see that your progress on the Blue Server. It is correct that you have to merge, but it seems as if you have picked the Red server as your main server instead. Nevertheless, I can request to have your account unmerged, but please be sure to choose the correct server as your main server because we will not be unmerging your account for you again if you fail to do so. Please be patient as you wait to be unmerged. I recommend that you don't make any trades on your Silver account as well as that would make it so we cannot carry on with the unmerge. Also, there is no ETA as to when your account will be unmerged as our Developers may be busy.
