Hi there. It seems as if you're in the middle of the Sinnoh Quest. You've already beaten the 4th trainer, Novi in National Park. Therefore, you'll have to beat Oswald in the Olivine Cafe. Don't forget you need to have an OT Onix in your party in order to battle him. There isn't actually anything you've done wrong in the Sinnoh Quest, but rather you simply missed a trainer whom you have to battle before Hannah. Could you please check if you can see Oswald? Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. To clarify things, unfortunately, not all NPCs are meant to give you EXP or some give limited EXP. One good example of NPCs having limited EXP are Gym Leaders. They only give EXP the first time you battle them. Afterwards, they no longer do so because this would simply defeat the purpose of the game by letting you losing to them and rechallenging them infinitely for levels. An example of NPCs not meant to give EXP are bosses and the Elite Four. These NPCs do not give you EXP because you can rebattle them after a cooldown (Bosses) or rebattle them again (E4). Nevertheless, you can always rebattle regular NPCs for EXP and money every 7 days. For more information on PRO's Mechanics, please see our PRO General Information. As for the levels wherein pokemon spawn in, I can tell you now that these levels are intended to make the story a little bit more challenging for players so they don't just rush through the story. After all, PRO is infact a Pokemon MMO therefore things have been coded this way to maximize its purpose, which is to have you grind for most of your items. It is also the reason why most of the quests and storyline are more difficult than in the actual games. However, I suggest that you avoid evolving your pokemon as much as possible to allow you to level them up faster. Hi there. As stated previously, they are indeed available to fight as long as you do not have them on cooldown. The reworked bosses I've listed above have only one requirement and that's to be the region champion of the region they're in. There are some exceptions to this, like Nikola requiring you to fail to capture a legendary. However, the bosses that haven't been reworked yet are simply challenge-able as normal, with the same old requirements. Let me know if you need anything else!

I believe the best one I can offer you is to avoid evolving your pokemon for as long as possible because this way, they'd be easier to level up. Hi there. As of currently, the following bosses have been reworked and are available to fight: Lorelei Erika Chuck Koichi Oak Elm Shamac Naero Nikola The rework came with the following changes. 1. Any prior win streaks and cooldowns have been reset. 2. The cooldown checkers in each region also do not work for these bosses, for the time being. 3. The bosses are now restricted to level 100 Pokemon. 4. To mitigate this drop in difficulty, three different selectable difficulty levels are available: Easy, Medium, and Hard. - On Easy, bosses have no EVs and no hold items., as well as a weakened moveset. Consecutive win rewards are also not available. - On Medium, bosses have 252 EVs in each stat and hold items. This should be about as difficult as bosses are currently. - On Hard, bosses have 400 EVs in each stat and hold items. Furthermore, the player is not allowed to use in-battle items such as Revives. 5. Reborn bot is currently not accurate for these bosses. 6. Crashing during these specific bosses' battles only should no longer start the cooldown. 7. Boss rewards have also been reworked, but the impact of this should primarily be more useful consumables and less TMs.

Hi there. Unfortunately, the quest requires you to beat NPCs in order. You must have an OT Starmie, Illumise, Nidoking, Nidoqueen, Onix and Huntail to battle Symphonia (Saffron), Indragiri (Ilex Forest), Nova (New Mauville), Novi (National Park), Oswald (Olivine Cafe) and Hannah (Hoenn League) respectively. Nevertheless, if you'd much rather not pay for the boat fees to go through these regions, you can move from Kanto to Johto through the the Victory Road Stop House Southern Gate. As for Johto and Hoenn, you can use Nap Island. You can also make money through dig spots (3 day cooldown), battling trainers (7 day cooldown)/bosses(12 day cooldown) and hunting for Pokémon people may want. Along with this, dig spots actually have a chance to give you some rare candies! Let me know if you need anything else!

A Magic Mirror gives you the option to customize your character once again, much like the customization at the start of the game. To obtain the mailed Mirror, you'll have to open your mailbox. Usually, there is one in every city. Afterwards, there should be a message inside. Open it and at the bottom, you should see "Attached Items". Simply clicking on the item will put it in your inventory. Do note that you cannot open the mailbox until you have completed the 4th gym, which can be found in Celadon. However, not all bosses are updated yet and therefore he prefers to create this new guide once the Boss Rework has been completed. Do note that there is no estimated time as to when the Boss Rework will be completed and that all PRO Staff and contributors are simply volunteers and act in their own time. Could you please make sure that you delete all your PRO files and reinstall the game here? Also, is it possible that you also record the next time you try to teach the Kadabra the TM so we can review it? Let me know if you need anything else.

Hi there, welcome to the community! There isn't really much of a difference with regards to the Gold and Silver servers. The only significant difference are the players and the economy (in which Silver is more superior). In player count, they have a pretty negligible difference. There isn't really a better server, to answer your question. However, if you wish you partake in various trades and such, I'd suggest the Silver server. Let me know if you need anything else.
