If you're still stuck otherwise, please do let me know so I can offer further assistance to you! ▪︎ Try Alt+Tab ▪︎ Use an Escape Rope ▪︎ Try battling another player and losing, this should bring you back to your last visited Pokecenter ▪︎ Try typing /ref into the chat bar, or clicking the refresh arrow on the bottom toolbar ▪︎ Log out, and then back in ▪︎ Close the whole client and start PRO again Let me know if you need further help.

Hi there. It seems as if you your rare candies and master balls yet after the Heatran Quest. Your rare candies and master balls have been taken from you at the start of the Heatran Quest to ensure difficulty during the quest. Since you've already completed the Heatran Quest, talk to Buck inside Stark Mountain Main Cavern to get your rare candies back. If you need further help with completing the Heatran Quest, feel free to check out the Legendary Megathread. I've also checked what happened to your Ultra Balls and all your other pokeballs. You'll have to finish the quest completely in order to get your Pokeballs back. Don't worry, they are completely fine. Hi there. In that case, I will leave the Rotom as is. As for the ID Number, that actually isn't a bug, but rather is supposed to happen because when you turned your Rotom into a Rotom-Wash, it was respawned as a Rotom-Wash and therefore had a different ID. Hope this clarifies things for you. Let me know if you need anything else.

Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. Please do note that our wiki page may be unupdated with regards to spawns as they have to be manually updated. We're currently looking into things to make it so that it's automatically updated, but for now the wiki page may remain unupdated. For the most updated information, I suggest you use the Reborn bot in our Official PRO Discord. Alternatively, you can also use the in-game pokedex to find out where a pokemon spawns after getting its seen data. Let me know if you need anything else.
