I do both. If you want to gain evs fast, I would ev train on lower levels and worry about leveling after. I feel that lvling while ev'ing can bring more times visiting a Pokemon center or switching out more. It's all in opinion though, really. For me, smaller lvl evs works best. Then I lvl my Pokemon in Dragon's Den.

We've all had to do it o; It makes the game too easy and dull when you try to take the easy way out. =/ I suggest doing it on your own, anyways. Where's the fun in the game if you don't work for it yourself? Find a Mankey or a Budew. If your starter is Charmander, wait until lvl 17 to battle Brock- that's when Charmeleon learns Dragon Rage (automatically takes down 40 HP of opponent which is a lot at low lvls).

Only the Pikachu starter can learn Surf! O: It is special =3

I don't think so o: Macho brace doubles EVs earned plus while you're defeating wild pokemon, you can gain a good amount of EXP and lvl up ^^ Plus there aren't hordes yet o=

It's a good idea, but I feel it would crowd the chat too much. If you're talking in the chat and you defeat a pokemon and then several after that, it would create too much crowd and would make you have to scroll up more, getting lost in the conversation you were having x: Plus, you can see how many EVs you gain by checking the blue numbers =) If it goes up by one, you've gained one, etc.

Doctor Who is a series. I love Big Bang Theory xD If you're looking for something more geared towards adults, Game of Thrones is a good one (though it can be very suggestive :l You've been warned). I've heard Arrow is good. Once Upon a Time. Grimm <-one of my favorites None of those are anime series xD I listed the anime ones in my first one o3o Though, another anime series that I bet you've seen is Naruto. Bleach is another anime series xP Sword Art Online (season one, I heard season two is rubbish).
