If you are still stuck could you provide a screenshot of where this happened. Other fixes could include: restarting your client or battling a player and losing/disconnecting.

Sorry for the inconvenience, this is not a map bug. you could try to re-log into the game, restart the client, use an escape rope, lose to another player, etc.. Locked -

you could try getting another player to battle you and losing will reset you to a pokecenter or If you haven't already you can try restarting your client
