  1. Hello MrMoonCar, If you have a surf mount then you do not need to have a Pokemon with you that knows the move. However, this only applies after you obtain the HM. If you still have not found it in the Kanto Safari, you will not be able to use the mount. You will also not be able to surf until you have the required badges of the region you're in. In Kanto, you will need the Soul Badge which is from the fifth gym in Fuchsia City. Regardless of whether you have a surf mount or not, you will still need to bring Pokemon that know dive and waterfall if you want to use these moves outside of battle. In order to use dive, you will need 150+ happiness for the Pokemon that knows this move. A guide with HMs, TMs, and other moves with where to find them is here. I hope you have a great day.

While using this browser, attempt to reset the password here and check the email again. Also, on some occasions the email may take up to 30 minutes to be received.   8. Hello Cocobutter92, You are able to travel to Kanto without completing the Teleport Quest if you've already beat the 8 gyms in Hoenn. You can return to the previous regions using the boat in Lilycove. The Teleport Quest is optional and allows players to quickly travel to Pokecenters within Hoenn or within Sinnoh. The full guide is located here. If you still want to complete this quest, you can review the following list of Pokecenters to ensure you have not accidentally missed one: -Oldale town -Petalburg city -Dewford town -Slateport city -Mauville city -Verdanturf town -Rustboro city -Fallarbor town -Lavaridge town -Fortree city -Lilycove city -Mossdeep city -Sootopolis city -Evergrande city -Pacifidlog city Sootopolis, Pacifidlog, and Evergrande City PCs are sometimes easy to miss. Sootopolis requires a Pokemon with dive in order to reach it. Keep in mind that staff members are volunteers who dedicate their time when their availability permits it.   13. Hi Drexperia, Are you on Android? This was a bug on one of the clients released in the past month. A new one is available now. You can download it from this page. Make sure you uninstall and completely delete the client you have before downloading and installing this one. Let me know if this resolves your issue. Have a great day.

  15. Hi UnknownDemondLord, I’m extremely sorry for this frustrating situation. I understand that disconnecting mid battle is really irritating and especially when you’re about to win. Unfortunately, crashes and rollbacks do occur. The game is in BETA which is explained under “Lost by crash issues” here. It is also stated that refunds are not given for these situations. Exceptions can not be made since it would be unfair to players who have disconnected during boss fights as well. When crashes occur, you can check the server status to see if it is not your connection. The status can be viewed here. Alternatively, you can use the Reborn bot with the command ^up which is the best source of information regarding this. You can also check the announcements in the PRO Discord server to see if anything was said pertaining to crashes or maintenance.   18. Hello Epyon1, This is not a bug. There are 5 receptors altogether. You are missing one of them yet. There are 2 receptors in the same room as Giovanni, 1 on the other side of B4F, and 2 more on B3F. There is a walkthrough available for Kanto here. Good luck, and I hope you have a great day.
  19. Hi Cirstoke, You do not need to delevel your pokemon in order to evolve it. You can simply defeat a wild Pokemon while Ancient Power is in your Yanma's moveset. After you win the battle, you will receive the option to evolve it. Have a great day
