  1. Hello Zubato, Unfortunately, you can not swap servers at this time. You would need to restart on the silver server. Transfers were done for a short while in exchange for 300k. However, this thread is now closed. You can join the PRO Discord server where it will be announced when transfer requests will be taken, and also keep an eye on announcements through the site. There currently is not an estimated time for when the requests will be accepted again. As Fluffles stated, you can merge your previous account that that was played on the Red server. In this way, you can use this account to play on Silver. However, you will not be able to transfer your Gold account to Silver. I'm sorry about this inconvenience. I hope you have a great day.

  3. Hello SnivyX, I’m really sorry for this inconvenience. Your account still exists so do not worry. The Blue and Red servers were merged into the Silver server, and Yellow was renamed Gold. You simply need to merge your accounts in order to play. You can do this by logging into your dashboard here. Please be careful to select the correct account as your main. If you played on the Red server then you need to select Red under “Merge both accounts." Choosing the wrong account as your main will result in you story data being lost. If you still receive an “Invalid Password/Username message after completing the merge, please change your password here. Make sure your new password contains both letters and numbers. This should resolve the issue. You can find more detailed information about the merge errors here. For other information in general, you can view this post.   5. Hello SergioRammus, Previously it was stated that wild Pokemon will not know trick in the wild, and therefore could not steal items in that way. The issue with covet will be resolved. An announcement on the PRO discord server very recently stated that, "upon the next server crash/reboot there will be no wild Pokemon with the move "Covet" in their default moveset." I'm sorry about this inconvenience and that your macho brace was lost. As explained above, the game is in Beta so unpredictable things do happen. However, action is being taken to prevent this from happening again. You can purchase macho braces for 10 PVP coins at any PVP coin master. These are located in Vermilion, Olivine City, Mauville City, and Canalave City. You can also find them in digspots in Route 3 and Oreburgh Gate B1F. I hope you have a great day. The PVP Season Result thread states that, "if the results are slightly incorrect, the correct users would have still been rewarded. This is due to the server automatically rewarding the top 25." There is a possibility that this occurred. The owner of the thread also includes that if you believe there was an error then to contact him via PMs. You can find the thread here.   8. Hello kboww1011, First of all, congratulations on being apart of a guild in the ladder! There is nothing else required in order to gain this boost. You now have a 25% boost which is confirmed by a message when you first log into the game. It will appear in the Chat.   10. Hello Tobiichii, I'm really sorry about this inconvenience. There is a possibility that wild Pokemon with the move Covet can steal items. The chances of it occurring are small, and staff has currently been investigating this issue. Unfortunately, these items can not be replaced. The game is in Beta, therefore, unpredictable things can happen. I would recommend avoid training in areas where there are Pokemon with this move. Moreover, if you notice a wild Pokemon use this move against yours, you should try to catch it in case it stole an item. Leftovers can be dug up in the following locations: Rock Tunnel 2, Slowpoke Well, and Mt. Mortar. A guide to digspots is here. Munchlax and Snorlax can also be holding leftovers in the wild in these areas: Love Island, Nap Forest, Secret Nap Area, Sendoff Springs, Route 11, Route 12, and Safari Area 3. You can use Covet/Trick to steal these items from them. You can also lead your team with a Pokemon that has the ability Frisk. This will allow you to see whether a Pokemon has an item in the first place. You can then catch it or switch to another Pokemon on your team that has Covet/Trick to steal it.   16. Hello bocco97, I'm extremely sorry for this inconvenience. The black medallion increases the chance of a Pokemon having hidden ability from 5% to 25%. Therefore, it is not guaranteed that the Pokemon will have a hidden ability. There is only an increased chance for it. BMS works as intended, and it appears that this is ultimately due to bad luck. I understand that this can be really frustrating, and again, I am very sorry you are experiencing this. Since this question is answered, I will be locking the thread. Also, if you were banned, it would say so on your dashboard. This appears to be caused by an issue with your connection. If you're using a VPN or proxy, you should try playing without it. You can also try restarting your router to see if this helps the issue.
