  2. Hello Jbean1, I'm really sorry to hear about this issue. There are a few other ways to fix being stuck. They are the following: ▪︎ Try Alt+Tab ▪︎ Try battling another player and losing, this should bring you back to your last visited Pokecenter ▪︎ Try typing /ref into the chat bar, or clicking the refresh arrow on the bottom toolbar ▪︎ Log out, and then back in ▪︎ Close the whole client and start PRO again Please let me know if any of these solutions worked for you.   4. Hello NatsuDragneelFT, I'm really sorry about this inconvenience. The Blue and Red servers were merged into the Silver server, and Yellow was renamed Gold. You simply need to merge your accounts in order to play. You can do this by logging into your dashboard. Please be careful to select the correct account as your main. Choosing the wrong account as your main will result in you story data being lost. If you still receive an “Invalid Password/Username message after completing the merge, please change your password here. Make sure your new password contains both letters and numbers. This should resolve the issue. You can find more detailed information about the merge errors here. For other information in general, you can view this post. Your account has not been lost, and you simply need to merge. Everything will be there once you complete this step. Let me know if this works for you. I hope you have a great day.

Sometimes, people still receive this message when trying to login after completely the process. Changing your password should solve it. You can do this here.   9. Hello matheuslegendar, I'm sorry about this inconvenience. Did you get the ticket from Bill's house on Route 25? Did you talk to Lt. Surge at the Vermilion Docks? If you are missing one of these steps, then this is the issue. When visiting Bill, you will need to find his book. The book will be located under his pillow. Talk to him after finding it, and he will give you the ticket. The Kanto Walkthrough guide contains specific instructions about the SS Anne. Let me know if you continue to have any issues.   10. Hi Bunnehbun, I'm really sorry about this frustrating experience. I understand that this game requires a lot of grinding, but there are ways to make it easier. One of the most important tips is to wait to evolve your Pokemon. The exp required to level an evolved Pokemon is significantly higher compared to a Pokemon that has not been evolved yet. This will make leveling substantially easier. Another way to gain more exp when leveling is to challenge trainers again. They reset every 7 days. Earning money becomes much easier after beating the third gym. After obtaining the Thunder Badge, you will be able to use the move, dig, outside of battle. This will allow you to take advantage of dig spots. Dig spots reset every three days, and they give various poke balls, healing items, etc. They also contain valuables that can be sold to the Item Maniac. This is a very useful method for regularly earning money. As you progress in the game, you will have access to more ways for making money. This guide lists many of them. You may also want to consider getting membership. Benefits include a 50% exp increase and 100% increase to the money-yield rate. Again, I'm extremely sorry for these frustrations.   12. Hello SeeZzer, I'm sorry about this inconvenience. You can still learn Fire Fang. When your Charmeleon gains another level, you will be asked if you want to teach it this move. This will happen until level 32. At that level, Charmeleon learns Flame Burst. You can also go to the Move Relearner and teach Charmeleon the desired move. It costs 2k.   13. Hello Carlia, I'm sorry about this frustrating situation. You can disconnect in mid battle to be taken to your last visited Pokecenter. This is not the same as "blacking out" where you lose the battle and 5% of your money. Disconnecting in the middle of a battle has no consequences other than being teleported to the Pokecenter.   22. Hello ThatsAlex17, I'm glad to hear it worked for you a second time although I'm extremely sorry that the server crashed. I understand that disconnecting while catching a legendary is really irritating. Unfortunately, crashes and rollbacks do occur. The game is in BETA which is explained under “Lost by crash issues” here. It is also stated that nothing can be done in this situation. Exceptions can not be made since it would be unfair to players who have disconnected while catching legendaries as well. More information specifically on rollbacks is located here. You will still have the opportunity to catch Regirock, but you will need to wait to fight Nikola again.   25. Hello panchalaniket20, I'm sorry about this inconvenience. Unfortunately, items can not be transferred between servers. It is not an option even if you are not interested in transferring your entire account to the other server. In order to have the items you want on the desired server, you would need to wait until the option to swap is available again. Transfers were done for a short while in exchange for 300k. However, this thread is now closed. You can join the PRO Discord server where it will be announced when transfer requests will be taken, and also keep an eye on announcements through the site. There currently is not an estimated time for when the requests will be accepted again. Again, I'm really sorry about this.
