Hey guys please reply!!! What is wrong with you’ll i have posted twice the same problem and no one has replied !!!! I have even asked mod’s in the game to help me but they are saying to post the complain here and no one is replying !!!!
I couldn’t catch a Registeel with a master ball and i lost a master ball and my mini ms medallion !!!
Can i get a chance to catch it again ???????
Because it still showed space on my PC and i still couldn’t catch it !!!! I hope you’ll answer me this time !!!! The event was word quest for Heliopotile !!!

Hey guys ive already posted a thread before but since no one has replied to it i am gonna post it again.. .. Guys in the event to birth Island i had submitted helioptile and had won a ticket to birth island. I went there with a master ball but i couldnt catch a registeel with it.. i asked the map designer who was online what could i have done . His name was Aspheric.. He told me to message here...I hope you'll can just give me the rgisteel or atleast my master ball with a chance to catch it again because i dont know what was wrong !!! This is a legendary pokemon and i plead that you give me a chance again..I beg you to give me a chance again..I was so into this matter that i couldnt catch the second pokemon either hope you'll help me .

Hey guys i had contributed to the event where we gather helioptile and get a ticket to birth island, i have registeel in front of me and i couldnt catch it with a master ball !!!what can i Do ?? please help me ...will I get another chance !!!!! its a legendary pokemon and i would really appreciate if you gave me another chance at it !! I cant upload a proof because of some error of " the file does not have an allowed extension"
But i asked Aspheric who is a map desinger too.. Please help me get my chance back I beg you...

Hey mod.. I was playing against boss shamac and the server crashed. I checked in all chat and everyone's server crashed. Now it's showing that I have 0 consecutive wins against boss shamac. If possible please try to get my consecutive wins back and let me try fighting with him again without cooldown time. I lost some of my revive and hyper potions too. So please I request you to help me. Thank you
