I think you should just ignore the base stats but focus more on nature,IV and EV as they can be managed.

depends on what you currently have that can complement the team. You already have fire, water , electric and ghost. Then if you change some of the moves it will have more coverage. You could add clefairy as your ace counter for most popular types (dragon dark and fighting), adding a good dark or fighting pokemon could increase the versatility of the team.

I suggest you replace Hydro pump and Aqua tail as they can be unreliable and redundant types. Or you can retain aqua tail of your blastiose has decent atk too for max STAB physical damage. It's just three water type moves in a single poke re too redundant for me. same thoughts with blastoise replace dragon rage and inferno is too unreliable just for a burn effect. decent, but i prefer icy wind than thunderbolt for more type coverage. You skipped poison jab form nidorino, try replacing these two :)

I leveled my poke in route 21(not sure but the sea road between cinnabar and pallet town). Enemies are pretty easy and lots of tentacool/tentacruel for training spdef ev for mewtwo. Lvl is around 33-38

You can't trade coins, the only tradable stuff are the consumables, arcanine mount and lapras mount. Though you can trade coins via payment. Some used paypal to give $5 then pay the $5 for 100 coins. Another way is tell them you login their account and you buy coins directly through your paypal. Though I don't think that is recommended. Edit: Forgot to add that trading for coins is much more expensive than trading for tradable stuff. e.g Membership badge is worth 150k usually and they are worth 100 coins in the shop, but 100 coins as itself is worth around 200-250k. The advantage though is you have everything in the coinshop to be purchasable rather than only tradable stuff.
