I was inactive for some months so didn't play pro and the Vulcan event got end but as I was inactive I couldn't get out from there so I got stuck in Vulcan pc then I tried coming out from pc, after that it automatically logs out then every time I try to log in it shows connection lost I think you guys have to teleport me to somewhere else to fix this or maybe something else anyways if you will teleport then please teleport me to vermillion city pc.

Hii Tunafish, Did Synthia got vanished after defeating her? Well if you didn't remember can you go and check that, if you find her again in the saffron city then talk to her. If she asks for a battle like before, then yeah you have to battle (You must be victorious in battle with her in order to move on to the next guardian) then she will say you, there are still few guys whom you have to beat, after saying she will vanish instantly. Then you have to go to the next step for the quest. Other then if she is not there and 2nd trainer don't ask for poke then you have to wait for a staff to look into it. Hi there, [spoiler=Issue has Fixed]I had gone to spear pillar in Sinnoh then I got stuck then I started to click space button in keyboard then something Cyrus said but idk where was my mind at that time, then after few second when I looked into the game then i saw Cyrus was not there and then Cynthia appears and when i tried to talk her she don't reply me but the other grunts reply tho. I don't have ss cause server got crashed now. Edit: Well after the server crash I'm abling to talk with Cynthia now and yeah you can close this thread now please.

The Name change and Server Transfer Thread is closed in the last week of May 2019, Also there is no ETA When it will be going to open once again, And you will get a notification in #announcements channel with everyone tag in PRO OFFICIAL Discord when it open's up again. Hii Chiizsi, Well, If you facing "connection lost problem" then it might be due for the server crashed, Due to the problem in game codes servers are keep going crash after few times and prefer you to go in #general of PRO OFFICIAL Discord to ask about the server status (Cause you will get the answer earlier in there) or you can check it by own by typing ^up in #bot-commands of PRO OFFICIAL Discord. Hii Manyamand, As You had said you are getting wrong username or password after doing merge, it is because after doing merge you need to change your account password through the dashboard then after changing the password you can log in and play the game. For more details/FAQ about merge check out this thread here And about the connection lost it was due for the server crash, I prefer you to join the OFFICIAL PRO Discord and you can ask for the server status in #general or you can check the server status by typing ^up in #bot-commands of PRO Official Discord Server or in any server where PRO Official Bot Reborn is present.
