Little update, the second account I created works now. I don't know why but my account resset itself :) So I will work with this one instead of the first. Thanks anyway

Hello @Shinohara, I really don't know but as Nayacy explained it I didin't had the conversation with Prof. Oak ... And the weirdest part is that I had the same problem after creating an other account on a different mail adress :/

Hello guys, I have a problem with my account, I created a character on silver server, played a little than found out that one of my friend was playing on the gold. So I decided to connect on the gold one instead but I didn't had the choice of my character style and I bold with a white shirt... I tried to create an other account with an other e-mail adresse but same problem again... Is there a solution ? Thanks a lot :)
