Now since we have collected these sweet candies, let's start the quest. To do so, we'll have to talk to
Vice Mayor Butch. He'll tell us that recently, an explorer had discovered that many gems and minerals could be found
on the Unison Mountain. As a result, the Mayors of two other towns (Mayor Vlad of Dreadtown and mayor
Camelia of Serenia Village) of the Phantasm Land started
fighting for that mountain which caused destruction everywhere. The only one who could stop them, Mayor
Gorge of Murky Town had also disappeared. So he sees us as a trainer with
great potential. Thus, we have to save Phantasm Land! He'll ask us to either stop the mayor of
Dreadtown or Serenia Village. You can choose either of them. (Although choosing Dreadtown will save you 5 Halloween Candies and some time too!)

[/Anchor]Regardless of which town you chose, head North of Murky Town towards Ghoul Swamp.
This area basically has a lot
of Pokemon Trainers so get ready for some battles! After all the battles, near the exit, we'll see three
NPCs which ask us to free their spirits. We basically have to interact with Blue Pokeballs scattered here and there.
Three of them will have the spirits in them and others will have Pokemon (which will battle us) or
items. These will be random, meaning that if someone
finds a spirit somewhere, another one may find a Pokemon instead!

One of these contains a free Pokemon [Gastly, Honedge, Frillish, Litwick]
which we will be able to keep. Some will have Pokemon that will battle
and three of them have spirits. There's also two Rare Candies hidden!

Once you free the spirits, proceed to Unison Mountain South Summit. There, just keep on going North.
You'll see a PC where you can heal your Pokemon. Follow this image according to the city you chose.

and you'll reach Angel Hill!
Keep on heading West until you find this NPC (Fairy Grande)
She'll let you proceed only if you have 5 Halloween Candies (this is where you use them!). Hand her the candies and proceed
to Serenia Village.
Nothing much to do here other than heading towards Camelia's House which is situated to the East of the Serenia Village PC.
Outside the building, you'll see Fairy Hilda who'll test your skills with a battle! You have to defeat her in order to proceed.

Once you enter the cave through the image I posted above, you'll find yourself
in Unison Mountain 1F. Follow the route and you'll reach Howling Woods. Just keeping
on heading East until you see "Werewolf Goku" who will let you pass
if you give him 5 Halloween Candies (here is where them come into use!).
Again, there is nothing much important here. So, let's get to the main part.
Here, you'll find Mummy Phase in front of Vlad's house who will test your skills with
a battle! You have to defeat him in order to proceed.

Gorge, according to a book will have sent many people to Distortion World
with the help of Giratina. He'll promise to bring them back if we defeat him. So
let's battle!

Go back to Murky Town and get to Mayor Gorge's House (the one in front of which
Vice Mayor Butch was standing). Here, you will be rewarded.
1. Halloween Pumpkin Hat
2. 100 Halloween Tokens
3. Vampire Clothes or Houndoom Mount (You can choose)

Speak to either Mayor Vlad, Camelia or Gorge
in their houses and they will ask you to hunt a Pokémon and remember
you can only get up to 10 of them. Hand them in and the Mayor who assigned the quest
will award Halloween Tokens based on the IVs of the Pokémon ("20" IVs on all the stats gives
you 120 tokens. Just add all the IVs to know how many points you'll get). Once you have submitted,
there will be a 24 hour cooldown.
You can spend the Halloween Tokens in Murky Town Costume Mart.
So, since we've finished Part I, let's jump to Part II.

This is the city from where you'll enter Alucard Castle. To get here, first
go to Dreadtown. Here, enter Vlad's House and interact with the hole
here.
It'll teleport you to Spooky Path. Just follow the route and finally enter Uncanny
Path. Again, follow the route and you'll reach Necropolis.

Head to Alucard Castle that's situated to the North
of the city.
Here, you'll need a Pokemon with the move Odor Sleuth/
Foresight and also a Pokemon with the move Miracle Eye.

Here, talk to the NPC Rhul and Rhul will ask you to find 3 ghosts.
One of the dustbins in the map will have a dustbin which display a clue. The clue
will say that to find the ghosts, we need a Pokemon with Odor Sleuth/Foresight. The ghosts will be Doublade
which you have to defeat.
Once you've found all the ghosts, talk to Rhul and go upstairs.
Here, you'll have to find 4 ghosts again. Again, you'll have to defeat the ghosts.
Once you've defeated all of them, talk to Alfred and he'll ask you to talk to Zhim downstairs. Talk to Zhim and then,
head upstairs.
Here, again, you have to find ghosts and defeat them.
Once you've done this, talk to Alfred there and proceed to Alucard, Master of Deception's room. Make sure you have a Pokemon with Miracle Eye. Alucard will appear in two forms. After you've defeated its first form, the Pokemon
in your team with Miracle Eye will force it to appear in its true form, which is a Darkrai. It is almost
impossible to defeat this Darkrai, unless you use some tricks like Endeavor/Sash or Destiny Bond.
First team: Liepard, Murkrow, Whimsicott, Zoroark and Sableye.
Second team (true form): Darkrai
Once you've battled it, you'll be teleported to Edge Of Darkness. Just interact with all the light portals here and there and move around until you get reported to Dark Realm.

Once you get here, all your items
and Pokemon will be taken away from
you. Don't panic, as this is normal
and the items and Pokemon will return to you once you've done this quest. Since these are taken away, you'll need to get some items and a team! Some important notes first!
Notes: 1. Don't try to black out more than 5 times since you'll lose your chance at a clone Pokemon later!
2. If you ever faint, you'll be taken to Dark Corridor. Here, if you interact with the light portal on the left (pink circle), you'll be taken back to Dark Realm. If you interact with the light portal on the right (orange circle) , you'll be taken back to the real world and the quest will be reset, meaning you'll not be able to get back to Dark Realm again.
3. Instead of wild Pokemon, you'll battle Pokemon NPCs here which will not only give you EXP but
will also drop helpful items. All of them spawn every 5 minutes.
4. Train the Clefairy and Growlithe to around level 45 before entering the Magus Castle as they'll surely help you to win.
5. All the Hidden Items are very important so be sure to pick them.
6. As I mentioned above, the Pokemon NPCs drop items. All the items except Rare Candies and Vitamins will remain with you when you return to the physical world.
Now, let's see how to obtain our team members. [/Quote]

As soon as you get to Dark Realm you'll see a Munna behind you. Interact with it and it'll join your team as the first Pokemon! Just level it up to at least level 30 before leaving the Dark Realm along with Growlithe.

Now, follow the images and you'll see a Growlithe surrounded by a bunch of Gastly.[/Quote]
If you interact with it, it'll give you three options.
1. Fight- You'll have to fight 4 Ghastly and free the Growlithe.
2. Repel- You'll see a hidden item-carrying Pokeball just below the Growlithe that'll give you a Repel. If you click on this option, you'll only have to battle 2 Gastly and the repel will be consumed.
3. Walk Away- Self explanatory.
I personally recommend fighting it since it'll give you more EXP. Once you've chased away the Ghastly, Growlithe will be yours. Train this along with Munna to around level 30. [/Quote]

Now, follow the images and get to Dark Realm Outside.
Here, battle the Murrow for EXP and items. Then, head towards the building.
Now, enter Dark Realm Dungeon as shown in this image.
Interact with the Rattata-Alolan NPC. You'll have to find its friends.

Once you've found its friends, talk to it and it'll join your team. Here, you'll be able to interact with the computer down in one of the rooms to deactivate the electrical barrier in the next room.
This will give you access to Audino who will heal your Pokemon for free! Before you enter its room, you'll have to battle a Pumpkaboo which will drop TM- Trick Room if you defeat it. There are trash bins in every room too which will give you Hyper Potions.

Come outside the Dungeon to Dark Realm Castle Main Floor. Talk with this Clefairy and interacting the book shelf as shown.
Now, as shown in the images, interact with these statues and choose the options shown.
1. Talk to the Clefairy.
2. Interact with that part of the bookshelf.
3. Interact with the Entei statue and it'll ask you what Entei's roar causes. Choose "Volcano Eruption"
4. Interact with the Dragonite statue and it'll ask you what problem Dragonite has with other strong Pokémon. Choose "Jealousy". Then, the Dragonite will attack. So you'll have to dodge "Left."
5. Interact with Ho-Oh statue and it'll ask you what Ho-Oh is the guardian of. Choose "sky".
6. Interact with the table and battle a Roselia.
Once you've done this, talk to Clefairy again and it'll join your team. Level up all these Pokemon in the following maps: Dark Realm Main Floor (Golbat), Dark Realm Outside (Honchkrow), Dark Realm (lot of Pokemon are there). [/Quote]

Go to Dark Realm Dungeon again and enter the cave through this entrance.

Interact with the Cubone and it'll ask you to find its bone. Follow these images.

^Now, interact with this boulder below and you'll find the bone.
Now, talk to the Cubone again and it'll join your team! Now, level all of these to around level 40 (at least the Clefairy and Growlithe).

Before we get this Pokemon, let's get to the Library (blue circle).
Here, as shown below, we'll have to battle High Commander Nightingale's servants (Murkrow x3 and Purrloin x3). Once we defeat the servants, let's battle the commander (Team- Honchkrow and Liepard). Behind him, three Pokeballs will be there containing TM Thunder Wave, Moon Stone (used to evolve Clefairy later) and Black Glasses (Make Alolan Rattata hold it)

Now, interact with the bookshelf as shown below.
Follow these images and enter Dark Realm Laboratory.
Here, talk with Doctor Sweetz and he'll battle you (Team-Bulbasaur, Ivysaur, Charmander, Charmeleon, Squirtle and Wartortle). After you defeat him, he'll ask you to choose one of these Pokemon-Charmander, Bulbasaur or Squirtle. If you had not blacked out more than 5 times you'll recieve a clone counterpart. Otherwise, a normal one.

Since we've got out team together, let's train them to around level 45 (at least the Clefairy and Growlithe). Now, head to the Dungeon again, enter Dark Realm Cave and follow these images.
Battle the Litwick and Lampent and take the Fire Stone. Now, again follow these images.
Here, you'll have 3 tries to find a Shiny Gastly. There are 6 in total. This is completely random so depends on how lucky you are. If you don't find the shiny Gastly in 3 tries, you'll have to try again and again until you find one. Once you find it, defeat it and then go to Umbra in front of an Arceus statue. Defeat Umbra as well (you'll need to have Clefairy as the lead to challenge her). Umbra will disappear and an NPC will spawn there who'll teach Soft-boiled to your Pokemon.
Now, if your Clefairy and Growlithe are around level 45, evolve them using the Moon Stone and Fire Stone respectively.
You can evolve your other Pokemon too. Once you think your team is well trained, go to Dark Realm again and follow these images to go to Magus Castle.

Here, a Haunter will be there outside the castle. If we defeat it, it'll change into a Reversal tutor. Enter Magus Castle.

There will be a lot of Pokemon here to fight and you should keep either Clefairy or Growlithe as your lead Pokemon. Follow these images.
You'll find some Mismagius here to battle. Go upstairs towards the next floor.
Orange arrows lead you to the floor where you can find Audino which will heal your Pokémon. You'll also find a free TM Dazzling Gleam in one bins in that floor. The Green Circle indicates an Absol which will drop TM Aerial Ace if we defeat it. The pinkish arrow will take you to Darkrai's floor.

Finally, when you reach the final floor, Alucard's guards (Pawniard x3- Level 40 and Bisharp x3- Level 40) will seize you. You'll have to fight them. (After you fight them, you can leave the room and heal your Pokemon. Then when you come
back, the Pawniard and Bisharp will battle again. They'll give EXP too. So you can use this method to level up)
Once you defeat them, you'll have to fight a Shiny Spiritbomb and a normal Spiritbomb. After you defeat them, you'll have to battle Alucard 's Pokemon (which can be Torterra, Infernape, Empoleon, Togekiss or Garchomp) .
Finally, we have to defeat Alucard (Darkrai -Level 55). Keep Clefairy as the lead Pokemon to easily finish the game.
Yes, we did it! Now, we'll be teleported to Alucard Castle where we will be able to catch the weakened Darkrai (Level 50).

Interact with this to catch the weakened Darkrai.
You can leave the castle by interacting with the blue portal to get your synchrozine Pokemon and False Swipe Pokemon. So, good luck with it!
You'll find these two NPCs outside the castle.
One will change your Darkrai's forms as many times as you'd like for free. If you had caught Darkest in 2017, you'll be able to change it into Pumpkin form as well. Otherwise, you'll be limited to only fancy and the normal forms.
The other NPC will offer to reroll the IVs of a legendary Pokémon (you can lock a stat). If you had caught Darkrai in 2017, you get 2 rerolls. Otherwise, only one.

Other than all these quest areas, there are two other extra areas where you can hunt Pokemon. They are Sweetsland and Dark Valley.
To access Sweetsland, you'll have to go the cave where Gorge was there earlier when you battled him. Earlier, he was blocking the way. Now, you can go there.
There will be many routes and trainers along with some hidden items. There are many routes before and after Sweetsland, you'll discover them easily as you go along.

Dark Valley is to the North of Necropolis. It has got two or three trainers. There are some nice spawns there as well!

Ans: Check this. It has got the sprites too.
2. I couldn't catch the Darkrai, what do I do?
Ans: Go to Dark Valey (North if Necropolis) and you'll find a boss called Horon, thief of souls. Defeat him without any of your Pokemon fainting and he'll give you a chance at Darkrai again. He'll also let you obtain the Halloween Rapidash Mount.
3. I can't find Fairy Mimi/Kaguya/Zetsu boss.
Ans: All of them have been removed for now.
4. Mayor Vlad/Camelia doesn't battle me. Why?
Ans: You probably chose the other town. So go and try battling that town's mayor.
5. I don't have enough Halloween candies to enter both of the towns. What do I do?
Ans: Enough candies are provided in Murky Town (10) to enter both of the towns. So check whether you've talked with all the NPCs.
6. Do I have train all the six Pokemon to confront Dakrai (Munna, Growlithe, Canine, Growlithe, Clefairy, Kanto Starter)?
Ans: No, but it'll be very helpful.
7. I had done the quest in 2017. Can I reset my progress?
Ans:Not at the moment
8. What are the requirements to catch a Halloween Pokemon?
Ans; No requirement. You can catch them anywhere they spawn [Chance- 1/50]
9. Can I get Halloween forms in excavation, dig spots and headbutts?
Ans: No

Love the game but the one big thing missing is skill animations? I like seeing the different skills in action and it feels like a pretty big thing to leave out of the game, are they ever going to be implemented?
There will be a rework of the Battle UI. According to an old announcement, important animations like Substitute might come with the rework. Others will be added later. Overall, this is something that's probably not on the top of the Devs' to-do list. They might come eventually, nonetheless.

i have fullfilled all of the requirements for the legendary dogs. i have 750 hours of playtime, all kanto and johto pokemon are caught (i have mew and celebi as proof) i have the seen data of the legendary dogs and even their creator, lugia and ho-oh. i have completed the mt silver quest. but still, scientist ray wont give neither of the orbs. he keep saying "im busy with the research". pls help
Have you interacted with the legendary dogs in their respective locations? It's best to double check.

Sorry but I am on a school laptop and I can't go to VPN and I re downloaded it but it still not work is there some other ways?
Oh, then I guess you're using a public network. Public networks such as school WiFi could be blocking PRO. Other than this, your antivirus/firewall could be the issue as well. Try these steps to fix these:
1. If you're using a public network, they could have had their IP blocked already or be blocking the game on their network, you would need to ask them to find if that's the case. Using a VPN can help too.
2. If it is your Firewall/antivirus, totally disable them and run the game again.
Other than these, your provider could be blocking PRO, I'd you're not using your school WiFi. In this case, you'll have to talk to you internet provider. You should also try to run the game as an admin and in Windows Compatibility mode if all the steps fail.

Hello there, I am always stuck on the 'Loading Map' in the silver server and every time I try, it just loads forever and eventually say connection lost. I am probably somewhere in Goldenrod City right now please help. Below is the stuck forever loading map screen until connection lost.

Usually, restarting the client helps (completely closing the client and then opening again). But it looks like you've already done that (If you haven't, try it).
If that is something that doesn't work, try reinstalling the game from here . But make sure you delete all of the game files first. If even this doesn't solve the issue, use a VPN (https://windscribe.com/)

If nothing works, then you should level up till level 100 by fighting. If you think this will take time, wait for a staff member. But this should work

Good guide. I think you should mention that outbreaks are random since a lot of people are complaining that the developers aren't doing the outbreaks when they play but do it when they can't (at night).

i leveled bellsprout to 96 without evolving. and used rare candy thinking it would evolve, but it didnt evolve at 99, so now i cant get victreebell. and wasted rare candy.. can this poke be evolved for me? i dont want to waste more resources because of a game bug.
Just battle a wild Pokémon and this will be fixed

So now you'll be in your last visited Pokécenter. Put that Gyarados back into the PC since it won't let you enter Lake of Rage. After you've removed Gyarados from your team, go to Lake of Rage and this time the NPC should let you in.

Hey there.
When you have a Gyarados in your team, the Ranger doesn't let you in. So, just get to the nearest Pokécenter and put the Gyarados in the PC. If you can't get to the PC (in case you're stuck at that spot), try these steps:
1. Use an escape rope
2. Battle someone and in the middle, disconnect.

Right at a beginning I have to say that my internet connection is good. I watch Twitch , YouTube without problems but when I play PRO , I´m getting disconnected every few minutes ( usually 2 or 3 minutes ) . I just play *disconnect* , *logging in* playing again * disconnect* and over and over . Help please . Thanks
Try the following steps in the same order.
1. Disable Firewall/Antivirus since they could be causing the issues.
2. Run the game as an Admin and in Windows Compatibility mode.
3. Reinstall the game. Before installing again, first delete all the previous files.
4. Restart your computer.
5. Turn off Bandwidth-hogging plugins and apps such as Skype, Facebook, YouTube.
6. Try a new DNS server.
