No, its free but there are problems with server. Too many people trying to login in the same time when server is full. If it says cannot connect - keep trying till 'Logging in' if after this nothing happened just wait few mins patiently because there is chance You can be placed in 'Ghost Queue'.

Yes, I'm patient. 20 days, losing all my MS status. And just 1 post in forums. Really, I'm patient, I love this game. But you know man, is hard when you lost your money, and time. Hope this can be better soon. I understand You, but We cant do much more than answering Your questions. People who made this game working on it. WIll be better :)

Too many players trying to reach queue/login at the same time when server is full, thats the main problem. You welcome, hope You will enjoy playing soon.

Yes it is possible, just keep trying. When 'Logging in' disappears You have chance to be placed in 'Ghost Queue' wait few mins, if nothing happened just relaunch and try till You will be placed in Q. You can wait 5-10mins and You can wait 1hour... and even more.
