  1. ok, I have not stated this quest. But is it normal that raikou is despawned atm? If I start the quest, will he be back there? Raikou is not there atm. regards I confirm they spawn after the quest starts.

  3. Fixed your game. You can talk to Wattson in his gym and complete the quest. I also facing the same problem could you help me fixed it. My id is XuanFeng and i was playing blue server Quest has been taken down. Will be reopened tomorrow, so depending on timezones, it can be in 24-36 hours

  5. I will require you to tell us what server you play on and be online at the same time as a content scripter. The fact that you got caught in between changes is what caused the issue. If you can come online around this time or a bit earlier, please come to the live support chat and ask for a scripter.
  6. Fixed your game. You can talk to Wattson in his gym and complete the quest.
  7. I'm not saying it's normal, but there's a chance that pokemon escapes so you don't actually start a battle against the wild pokemon.
  8. Go back to the transmat station. Go to any Pokemon Center, talk to the guard, he should let you in, where you can battle Wally.
  9. Actually he never mentions that a pokemon appear behind you... When he does say "Look! Behind you!", you either battle a wild pokemon, or it flees. You can fight him again once the countdown is over.
  10. Did you try to solve the puzzle like what you had to do to get the badge in this Gym, so you can reach Wattson?
  11. Did you enter the Pokemon Center of Pewter City? If you have not, then please do.
  12. Things were being modified to fix common issues users were having, and Wattson was updated before Wally was. Please battle Wally again and your quest should be good. Let us know if there's still any issues.
  13. When did you talk to Wattson? Did you try to battle Wally again?
  14. I added a few new things to Mr Stone. When you get stuck somehow, you can now talk to him and it will fix your game (and proceed to what he's telling you to do). Note that the message he delivers might be the same as before, even if things have changed in your game account. Please let us know if you are still having issues. Cheers :Smile:

  17. RIght now, the temp fix is to battle Wally again. That should enable you to trigger Wattson to the next part of the quest.

  21. The door has been tweaked a bit. Which hopefully resolves the issue. If your account is still stuck, please contact staff on the official support chat because we need you to be online to bring you back to where you were. It might take some time to get a staff on the chat but I would advise you to be patient and wait in the chat if you want to get unstuck asap. Tip: it would help as well if you use your game name in chat so if a staff comes online and finds you there, they can directly find you instead of you having to keep watch. Not all staff on the chat can help you in game, so just be patient until one who can logs in.
