NPCs's cooldown were being anormal due to server issues. Since those have been fixed, the cooldown for all NPCs are now back to normal. Thanks!

Fixed. Walk along the tiles from the electric barrier towards where Wattson should be/is. This could not be fixed before because of server issues. Locked.

Will you be able to come on the support chat to fix your gym bug? As for the others: Shoal Shell: Not possible. There are 4 in total, you probably haven't looked well enough. Keys: Not possible either. There are 6 in total in 6 different locations. Look again.

If you are stuck in Mauville Gym, walk on the 3 tiles near to the electric barrier, left and right. One of them will disable all the other barriers.

Not a bug. Player had to go to Jagged Pass as hinted by the dialogue at Mt Pyre and the guard (in one of the screenshots). Should be solved now. :) /locked

Norman should have left when you battled Wally the first time. What should have happened was probably broken by server issues or crashes at the time you were there. To all players, if you have this issue, please see if Wally is at the Petalburg City east entrance and battle him there if you can see him. Your issue will get looked at as soon as possible. As for being able to rebattle trainers, this was an issue that was temporary due to the servers being worked on and not everything being saved. This should be fixed now.
