Most of the community is extremely friendly. I'm sorry you have had to interact with the very small minority of people who only use people to gain for themselves. I suggest while you are new and don't know prices have people offer for your Pokemon or items instead of putting prices on them yourself.

Only 1 mega in battle limits it from being OP. The only mega's I see as being op would be the megas that are currently in Ubers for Smogon. Megas should be low on there priority list though because a lot of things are more important to the game.

The thing is even if people buy MS for 350k or even 500k most people will still make a profit due to the benefit of getting double money. You wouldn't need to grind for long to earn it back and then some. Can you please elaborate? Your post isnt making much sense (too me atleast). Apologise if there is some grand scheme I am missing. What would you rather do. a) Grind without membership for money. For example a few hours will be 400k. or.. b) Buy membership for 350k-400k and then grind for money. Same example but with membership you will be earning 800k. Plus you get the benefits of membership for the rest of the month as well.

You can only use it after earning the required badge to use surf

There is an officer npc around the game corner. Go and talk to him to start the quest.

I've done something like this in the past. I and many others couldn't get help from staff from this problem since it was our faults. Do the research before training a Pokemon otherwise the pokemon goes to waste.
