Knockout drops do not reduce happiness when the Pokemon faints with it, which takes a HUGE chunk out of its usability. For the sake of keeping it as a useful and consistent money sink, shouldn't they reduce happiness as well?

Got a couple of questions. 1- Are we allowed to re-submit forms submitted for the last competition? (Ones that did not get implemented) 2- If a winner already has the smeargle hat and tail, do they get a different prize or is the set going to be tradeable?
