  1. Hi there @Rahanda Sorry for the inconvenience. You will have to go to your dashboard, which can be found here, and merge your Red and Blue servers together in order to access Silver. This is because the Red and Blue servers have been combined, and Yellow server became Gold server. "This thread" will explain everything you need to know and how to merge your accounts. Make sure that when you are merging, to select the server you don't want to lose your story progression on as your main server. Are you sure that your old account is Minet232323 and not Minet23, cause after i've checked, there is no user named Minet232323, but instead Minet23 is available and has 18 hours of playtime on Red server. Perhaps that's the account you're looking for? If so, you will need to go to your dashboard and merge your accounts before you can play on Silver. "This thread" will explain everything you need to know and how to merge your accounts. Make sure to select Red as your main server so you won't lose any story progression.   6. Hi there @Anbarasan We're really sorry for the inconvenience you're experiencing. First, crashes are caused by server issues and not client issues, so reinstalling the new client won't solve the issue. On that note, recently the server has been getting connection problems. Fortunately, the issue is being worked on and the devs are trying their best to solve it. If the crash was due to a client issue (Client automatically closing randomly) and not a server issue, please do tell me.   7. Hello @Wosper17 Sorry for the inconvenience you're experiencing right now. First of all, it is important you know that the windows version has an auto patcher, while the android version does not have an auto patcher. So you'd have to uninstall the old version of the android client and install the newest version that can be found here : PRO Client Download. If you're on PC, you can simply open the client and the autopatcher will start automatically. I hope this solved your issue, please do feel free to reply to me if you have any questions.   8. Hey there @Zentazz . I'm really sorry for the inconvenience. Could you please try the following to see if it will help? - Make sure you're able to download apps from unknown sources, you can change this through your phone settings. - Restart your phone - Reinstall If you've tried all of that and it still doesn't work, then please try this. - Delete all of the PRO files, including the .apk. - Make sure you have enough storage space on your phone. - Restart your phone. - Download a different browser and try to download it again. If all that still doesn't work, then as an alternative you can download the application on a pc and transfer it to your smarthphone, then reinstall from there.   9. Hi there @DamoVQ Sorry for the inconvenience you're experiencing right now. Unfortunately, the only possible way you can get a masterball from the story is in Johto, after getting all 8 Johto badges and speaking to Professor Elm, so you cannot get one during the Kanto story. You can however, buy them from the pve /pvp shops. I've also checked your trade logs, and it doesn't seem you've bought or traded a masterball from another player.   10. Hi there @ZorotheZoroark Sorry for the inconvenience you've had, the maps are quite big and require some sightseeing to get out of. You can start from Evergreen Island Valley, Evergreen Island Valley Path, and finally Evergreen Island Crystal Cave to get to the shore.
