  1. Hi @Guilherme455 Sorry for the inconvenience. In order to be able to spawn Suicune, first you need to have chosen the water bell when Scientist Ray asked you to choose from the three bells. If by any chance you chose the wrong bell, then you can talk to Assistant Davis at Bell Tower Barrier Station 1F to switch your bell to a different one. Be careful though, as you can only do this once, so make sure you have the right one. - Zap bell for Raikou - Lava bell for Entei - Water bell for Suicune After confirming that you indeed have the water bell, you need to challenge the Suicune Guardian. If you successfully defeat the guardian, he will have a 16.67% chance of having the option to battle Suicune as a reward. If you've defeated the boss 3 times consecutively without losing in-between, then Suicune will 100% spawn and you can attempt to capture him. You can take your time for this and even go back to a Pokecenter to grab your sync and false swiper.   3. Hi there @Isco31 I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Can you please tell me more about this bug, and how the ability changed in the first place? Information such as what pokemon you were using, what pokemon you were battling, and your movesets at the time will be very useful. Additionally, you can find a list of pokemon with the Synchronize ability here: List of pokemon with the Synchronize ability. As you can see from the list, none of the pokemon's abilities change upon an evolution, and they should retain the Synchronize ability even after evolving. I'm looking forward to your reply. Just to confirm, have you battled the Entei at Johto Safari Mountain Zone and the Raikou at Mt.Silver 3f, or did you simply obtain their dex data through bosses? As Waleed had stated, you need to interact with them in the Bell Tower in order for them to spawn at their respective locations. I'm looking forward to your reply. Thank you and have a great day!

  6. Hello @takanam Just to be clear, out of 3 of those battles, your last 2 battles you gave Ferrothorn Assault Vest to hold? If so, then your Ferrothorn will always use struggle. The item Assault Vest gives the holder a 50% boost to its Special defense, however it can only select damaging moves. Here, we can see that your Ferrothorn's moveset consists of only non-damaging moves, hence to why it could only use Struggle. As for the first battle where you gave a Rocky Helmet to your Ferrothorn, perhaps the opponent used the move Taunt . As @envymeister stated, if you got taunted, then you're unable to move and will be forced to Struggle, considering your moveset. I hope this clears up any doubts you had.   14. Hi there @xbademeister Sorry for the inconvenience. It seems as if you haven't merged your accounts on Red and Blue. Merging is quite simply, and can be started by first opening the dashboard here and logging in. From there, you should get a screen telling you to merge. Remember that when merging, choose the server (Red/Blue) that you want to continue the story progress on. For more details regarding server merge, feel free to read this guide: Everything about Server merge. After you've successfully merged and it still says invalid username or password during the login to Silver, then please change your password here. Make sure it's an alphanumerical password.   16. Hello @Kboww I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately this is indeed a bug. It's just as you say, whenever you transfer servers, even paid, it resets the 30 day timer for free server transfers. I have however forwarded this bug to a developer and the issue will be looked into. For the time being, we've reset the timer for you and you should be able to transfer without having to be charged 100 coins. To unlock this cave, you need 200 hours of playtime and have battled the Entei NPC at Johto Safari Mountain Zone: After you've done this, the cave will open up and you should be able to access it.   21. Hi @PooPooAbs Thank you for reporting the bug. As of right now, we are aware of this specific bug. However, considering the nature of the bug, unfortunately there's nothing we can do to solve the issue. We will try to look into it once again, but it doesn't seem like a fix will be possible anytime soon.   24. Hello @Rumbleking So sorry for the delay. The reason you can't continue the quest is because you haven't battled the roaming Latios/Latias which you can find the locations of in this thread: Latios/Latias locations or Legendary Megathread. After you have battled both of them, interact with the t.v again and you will get a prompt to choose which of the two you want to catch. Hope this helped. Please do tell me if this worked for you.
