Can make it spatk based and use for rain team :D Thunder/Hurri etc .. easy for fooling opponents , they send a def tank for drag but instead get killed by a spatk based move :P

Well, it's evolution is not coded through that method, meanwhile you can get Mantine from wild in route 40. And it'll be coded sometime, tho not a priority atm. Sorry for Inconvenience.
