Can make it spatk based and use for rain team :D Thunder/Hurri etc .. easy for fooling opponents , they send a def tank for drag but instead get killed by a spatk based move :P

cant evolve mantyke to mantine with remoraid in party

Well, it's evolution is not coded through that method, meanwhile you can get Mantine from wild in route 40. And it'll be coded sometime, tho not a priority atm. Sorry for Inconvenience. -
