I saw that on forums that some people had the same issue, so I decided to write this post to get help. Hello, yesterday I was going to help a guy to trade his Clamperl to evolve into Huntail for his Sinnoh Quest, we thought that we could trade back without any issues, but later we discovered that the pokemons is locked due to his Clamperl being from the region Hoenn, I just finished Johto and I didn't start Hoenn yet... so I can't send Clamperl back to him. I even added him as friend to keep in touch and is going to be hard for me to go to Hoenn now, so is there a way for a Staff to help me to just send his Clamperl back to him? If his Clamperl goes back to him, I will be really grateful! The following attachment shows my Pokemon Box with locked Clamperl, the details of Clamperl showing his OT that is Terto, my trainer card proving that's me and my friend list having Terto as friend. My username: Takeshiotacon. His username and Clamperl OT: Terto.
