i was talking to A.hackerman at vermillion to check what offer he provide for exchange of mysterious ticket . i took big train ticket and thought it will go inside my bag but it activated as i exchanged ticket 😕 is it not possible to get big train ticket in my bag and use it when i need ? i havent unlocked subway and won't be playing for a while , it would be complete waste of all my hardwork . would be helpful if there is any way to cancel it. no one in help or all chat didnt even answered me prior asking so many times or ever reply. biased people only help they know .

Servers are not stable and i bought safari pass yesterday and couldn't even use it fully :/ and my bms and ms is also active, it sad i wasted my money on nothing and i can't play bc of server problem, do we get refund or time extend on bms and ms?
