Servers are not stable and i bought safari pass yesterday and couldn't even use it fully :/ and my bms and ms is also active, it sad i wasted my money on nothing and i can't play bc of server problem, do we get refund or time extend on bms and ms? 

Hello @PichuRin. Apologies for the late reply.

 

Due to the server instability during that time, we recommended not to PvP, fight bosses, or do anything that could be lost to a crash. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your BMS or MS.

As for compensation, we gave a Free Safari day included with some very nice spawns, some of which could have event forms.

Furthermore, we have given a free EXP boost for for all members for the entire week.
