@Ursa123 First of all, just to clear you.... Moderator do have shiny legendry that can they earn via regular working for the game. The other way around is when Moderator open giveaways etc. or there is a high possibility that he would have ranked in top 25 in PvP ranked battles and would have worked hard to win on Pokémon Showdown and claim that prize. I hope you have got the answer required by you. Hope it would have helped.

-1 , As there are plenty of ways to ruin this, Endeavor is just one of the way to do that. You know the trick right? Even if these will get banned. It would be unfair to those who used rerolls to get them perfect and will harshly impact the in-game economy.

Hello @Norex, Thanks for replying I will just suggest to set this off as this gives an extra edge to the players to whom this is working. There shouldn't be any unfair advantage / disadvantage to the players from game point of view. & I will also suggest a proper notification when this things are reworked & completely started working. As of again, It seems moderators are ignoring my post. Its a humble request to kindly clear any differences, if any And do reply. As I can see if any moderator has checked this thread or not.
