Hello @Cyanirl, Thank you for taking the time to report this issue and sorry for any inconvenience that it may have caused. Sucker Punch currently fails when the opposing Pokémon clicks a damaging move while it is asleep, even though this should not happen. The bug has been known for some time and has not been fixed yet, so I forwarded it again. Thank you for your patience. If you wish to report a different issue, please feel free to create a new thread in the Bug Resolution Center. Have a good day! Regards, Unowned

Crobat absorbs toxic spikes while it shouldn't
Unowned replied to Bingedrinker's topic in Battle System Bugs
Hello @BingeDrinker, Thank you for taking the time to report this issue and sorry for any inconvenience it may have caused. Poison types with a secondary Flying type, like Crobat and Golbat, currently absorb Toxic Spikes even though they should not. This bug was already reported recently and we hope that it will be fixed soon. Thank you again for your report. If you wish to report any further issues, please feel free to create a new thread in the Bug Resolution Center. Have a good day! Regards, Unowned- 1 reply

Hello @lujek, Sorry for the slight delay and thank you for providing us with this information. Based on what you told us, the problem could be related to team preview. We looked into it extensively but did not manage to reproduce it yet. Our Developers will check the team preview code to try to determine what the issue might be. For the time being, we ask for your patience and understanding as we continue to investigate this bug. I understand that this is potentially frustrating, but I promise that our team is taking the issue seriously and will do its best to fix it as soon as possible. Thank you again for taking the time to make this report and have a good day! Regards, Unowned

Hello @lujek, Thank you for taking the time to make this report and sorry about the ongoing inconvenience. In order to figure out the exact issue and hopefully fix it, we would like to gather as much information as possible. Can you please give us details about your operating system (Windows, Android, Linux, etc.), the type of match (Normal, Random, Unranked, etc.), the circumstances of the battle, and pretty much anything that could prove relevant to our investigation? We are looking forward to your response. Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter and sorry once again. Have a good day! Regards, Unowned

Hello @shurayagiza, Thank you for your report and sorry for the inconvenience. Currently, if a player uses Yawn to put an opposing Pokémon to sleep after one of theirs has been put to sleep, Yawn will trigger the Sleep Clause when it shouldn't. This does not happen with other sleep-inducing moves. Our Developers are already aware of this bug, so it will hopefully be fixed soon. Thank you for your patience and understanding! If you wish to report a different issue, please feel free to make a new thread in the Bug Resolution Center. Have a good day! Regards, Unowned

Hello @Krzysiozaur, Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and sorry for any inconvenience that it may have caused. Currently, moves that should bypass accuracy checks to always hit, like Feint Attack, can sometimes miss. This issue was already known, but I will forward it again. If you wish to report something else, please feel free to make a new thread. Thank you and have a good day! Regards, Unowned

Why my raticate cant learn scary face :v
Unowned replied to Lvapokemon's topic in NPC & Scripting Bugs
Hello @lvaPOKEMON, Thank you for your report and sorry for the inconvenience. Currently, Rattata can (re)learn Scary Face when it shouldn't at all. The correct behavior should be Raticate learning it when it evolves and having the option to relearn it at any given time. Our Developers are already aware of the issue, but there is no ETA as to when it will be fixed. If you wish to report a different bug, please feel free to make a new thread in the Bug Resolution Center. Thank you for your patience and have a good day! Regards, Unowned- 1 reply

Hello @Sharel, Thank you for your report. As @Whitt already said, as long as a Pokémon holding the item Rocky Helmet or possessing the Ability Rough Skin or Iron Barbs is hit by any move that makes contact, the attacking Pokémon takes damage. Some physical moves, like Earthquake and Stone Edge, don't make contact with the target, while some special moves, like Draining Kiss and Grass Knot, do. I hope I was able to clear up any confusion caused by the scenario that you described. Please let me know if you have any further questions. If you wish to report something else, feel free to make a new thread. Thank you and have a good day! Regards, Unowned

Letrix boss shows VS Togekiss instead of VS Letrix
Unowned replied to 1ndig0's topic in Client Bugs; Music, Graphics, etc.
Hello @1ndig0, Thank you for taking the time to report this bug. It has been known for quite some time and is caused by the boss having the sprite of a Pokémon. Nevertheless, I have mentioned the issue again. As for what you describe in the case of Valley Windworks, it is intended and seems to happen with most relatively small maps. If you wish to report a different bug, please feel free to create a new thread in the Bug Resolution Center. Thank you for your understanding and have a good day! Regards, Unowned -
Hello @Alokk, Thank you for your report and sorry for the inconvenience. Our Developers are already aware of the problem and will work on fixing it whenever possible. While this issue happens with several NPCs, you can still make progress when you encounter it, as it seems to be merely visual and should not break the execution of the script itself. In this case, you should be able to choose a starter Pokémon by interacting with one of the three Pokéballs on Professor Oak's table. Can you please do so and let us know if you are still stuck afterwards? We are looking forward to your response. Thank you and have a good day! Regards, Unowned

Hello @LifeisNoodles, Thank you for your report and sorry for the inconvenience. It appears that your Greninja belongs to the Battle Bond evolutionary line despite having the Torrent ability. To put things into perspective, 2 distinct Froakie variants exist. The first one can have Torrent or Protean and is able to learn the corresponding Egg Moves. Upon evolving, the second one can have either Torrent or Battle Bond and, unfortunately, cannot learn any Egg Moves. For the time being, there is no way to resolve this issue and it is a low-priority problem that would require a hardcoded solution. As such, we cannot guarantee the implementation of a fix anytime soon. I am sorry. I hope that I was able to explain the situation clearly. If you have any further questions, please let us know. If you wish to report a different issue, feel free to make a new thread in the Bug Resolution Center. Thank you and have a good day!

Hello @Cyanirl, Thank you for taking the time to report this issue and sorry for any inconvenience that it may have caused. We were able to confirm that Pixilate currently causes all Normal-type moves used by the Pokémon to become Fairy-type without granting them a 20% power boost. The same problem also occurs with similar Abilities, such as Aerilate. It has been forwarded to our Developers and will hopefully be fixed soon. If you wish to report a different bug, please feel free to create a new thread in the Bug Resolution Center. Thank you and have a good day! Regards, Unowned

Our Developers are doing their best to implement a fix. If you wish to report a different bug, please feel free to create a new thread in the Bug Resolution Center.
