hello,mY problem is that my chimchar cant evolve or smth like it was 95 lvl chimchar and after i ev trained it i gacve it 3 rare candies and it didnt evolve and i was like huh do i have an everstone or smth then i saw i didnt i tried mystirous candy nothing idk what is happening but i just cant evolcve my chimchar idk what is happening its 98 and if i give it 1 more rc and it wont evolve rip chimchar idk what to do please help Lefteris33
