As stated by Norex, the Slowbronite is not yet available.

It will be available when Wave 3 of the mega stones comes. This will be announced in #announcements channel of the official PRO Discord server.

There is no eta ( End time announcement ) on that. But It will be announced in #announcements channel of the official PRO Discord server once there is an eta.
