appreciate the current rules but they are rarely updated. I suggest rather than permanent ban , Long term ban (like1yr,2yr , 3 year..) should be applied on the guilty /suspected.If a person return after such a long time it means he may have learnt from his/her past and might not committ any mistake/crime in future. We can correct wrong persons and get good people out of criminals.
